WARP SPEED: How US Vaccine Plans Compare To Socialist Health Care Up North

Democrats have disparaged Project Warp Speed and fear-mongered the vaccine rollout. But have they bothered measuring that against a country like Canada with the health care they want us all to have?

Spoiler alert: America is doing better.

But how much better are we doing?

Let’s recap.

Before Project Warp Speed, the fastest turnaround time we had ever seen for a vaccine was long enough that vaccines would never have been on the table as a viable response to COVID, for at least two reasons:

‘The typical length of time for a vaccine to be developed is between 10 and 15 years.

‘The fastest vaccine that has ever been developed was the one for Ebola. That took between four and five years.

…‘Even if we do have a vaccine that’s safe and effective and produces immunity for a sustained period of time, it still needs to be produced on a massive scale. —MSM

It’s not just the research side, the slashing of red tape and the cooperation between private and public entities in research.

It’s the logistics, production, and delivery side, too. Fortunately, Trump has the business experience to realize that ramp-up could have been a significant delay choke-point, so he arranged to have millions of doses made in advance of the approval with multiple companies so that there would be no production lag once it got the green light.

He had also made similar arrangements on the delivery side, bridging the vaccine supply to the public who were awaiting delivery.

But did Trump’s Project Warp Speed accomplish anything significant? To hear the endless sniping from Biden, Cuomo, and CNN you’d think the answer was ‘no’.

Let’s check in with how things are going in Canada to compare the single-payer health care system Dems are trying to cram down our throats against the supposed horror-show failure here at home.

Conservative Canadian reporter Brian Lilley frames his story with this tweet:

One more point to consider before we look at Canada’s vaccination plans…

Current US population? Estimated at 331,828,037.

Current Canadian population? Estimated at 37,885,678.

One-tenth the population and a centralized system. Should be a cakewalk, right?

“Track 1 vaccines are likely to be delivered to Canadians at the height of the second wave of the pandemic and in the midst of the spring 2021 thaw — a period of heightened flood risk for many communities,” Vance writes.

The military document provides more detail than the Trudeau government has been willing to reveal to the public thus far. Under questioning in the House of Commons or by journalists attending news conferences, the government has given out few details of the vaccine rollout plan, even as other countries make theirs public.

“The delivery window is within the first quarter of 2021,” Procurement Minister Anita Anand said in response to questions on timing Tuesday.

That means sometime before the end of March 2021. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had himself said that more than half of Canadians could be vaccinated by September 2021 “if all goes to plan.”

Now the military is saying the country could “potentially” be vaccinated by the end of next year.

It doesn’t inspire confidence. –BrianLilley, TorontoSun

Did you catch that?

Vaccinations in Canada are set to BEGIN in March. (If rollout goes as well as hoped.)

By September, they may have half of their Citizens vaccinated.

Remember all those people wishing that Prime Minister Blackface was THEIR leader instead of OrangeManBad?

They say the grass is always greener. This is what they mean.

Be careful what you wish for, folks.

Soy-boy globalists make for poor leaders.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
