YO CNN: Intelligence Community Suppressed Info That CHINA Influenced Election 2020…Is THAT News?

How can we ‘trust the experts’ in our government when they prove, again and again, to be so nakedly partisan?

Remember how dozens of people ‘from the intelligence community’ signed onto a letter claiming that Biden’s laptop was a non-story that had the whiff of ‘Russian disinformation’ about it?

That helped give a fig leaf of legitimacy in squashing the story, despite the fact that the same laptop later turned out to be 100% real. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to realize that a genuine laptop cannot possibly be ‘Russian disinformation’.

You would think that a group so very concerned about foreign interference in America’s ability to conduct a ‘free and fair’ election would be equally concerned about ALL threats, especially our greatest global rival, China, right?

If so, why would they have suppressed such information, even when it was gathered from their own sources?

“From my unique vantage point as the individual who consumes all of the U.S. government’s most sensitive intelligence on the People’s Republic of China, I do not believe the majority view expressed by Intelligence Community (IC) analysts fully and accurately reflects the scope of the Chinese government’s efforts to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections,” Ratcliffe stated in what the Epoch Times described as a letter sent to Congress.

“The IC’s Analytic Ombudsman issued a report…that includes concerning revelations about the politicization of China election influence reporting and of undue pressure being brought to bear on analysts who offered an alternative view based on the intelligence,” Ratcliffe stated.

He wrote that he was “adding my voice in support of the stated minority view — based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure — that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections.” –JustTheNews

The Epoch Times took this one step further, presenting a list of specific ways in which China pushed their pro-Biden agenda here. Here is an abbreviated summary of their list. Titles in bold directly quote the original.

Using the Virus to Weaken America
-specifically, Chinese propaganda undermining Trump’s handling of the crisis.

Mail-In Ballots as a Result of CCP Virus
-This type of voting, prone to fraud, became th focal point of complaints about irregularities after the election.

Voter Registration Drives
Chinese Consulate in San Francisco and other pro-Beijing leftists involved in the ‘seed the vote’ initiative, targeting seven swing states: Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania.

Pro-Beijing Groups Involved in Riots
Epoch Times links Chinese Progressive Association (a Pro-CCP group) leadership to some of the groups responsible for domestic terrorism and intimidiation.

Chinese Influence Over US Politicians
Not just the obvious stuff like a Honeypot scheme, either. They have a variety of push/pull tactics (including trade incentives) intended to work their will on local and state officials.

CCP Virus Propaganda Campaign
Similar to above, but deliberately amplified the crisis in the US buy buying up PPE from US and other countries, halting exports of Chinese-made medical goods, and leveraging that to make USA appear a ‘disaster zone’ while masking their own death toll.

Chinese Parts in US Voting Machines
Any time an electronic device has Chinese-made parts, we must assume the possibility that China’s CCP has found (or deliberately included) some way to exploit it for hacking… likewise, any device linked to the same WiFi as such a Chinese-made device is potentially vulnerable to hacking, as was demonstrated during Georgia’s runoff election.

Use of Social Media to Influence Election
Facebook shut down 180+ fake accounts and pages across FB and Instagram that served to promote Beijing’s talking points posing as the speech of private individuals.

Use of Political Warfare
China ‘Wants control, or at least veto power, over public discourse and political decisions the world over’, which it claims is accomplished through a ‘wide array’ of ‘covert, coercive, and corrupting’ malign activities.

Spread of Propaganda
State-controlled media made it explicit that they preferred a Biden presidency over Trump. China Daily (their state newspaper) carried Biden’s water and slammed Trump, talking points sometimes parroted by ‘reputable’ and ‘independent’ US media. (And they wonder why we distrust them.)

Fake IDs
During the first 6 months of 2020, CBP seized nearly 20k fake driver’s licences, most of them from China. There is no telling how many evaded interception, and voter fraud is one of the nefarious uses such ID can be put to.

Influencing the Vote of Chinese-Americans
CCP maintains close relations with overseas Chinese communities, including directing who they should vote for.

Influence Over US Media
Chinese state-owned media spends millions to insert their propaganda into ‘reputable’ news services like the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and WaPo. In fact, most major U.S. media orgs received ‘familiarizations trips’ and ‘private dinners’ from a group that is part of CCP’s ‘United Work Front’.

If Biden gets to call his predecessor ‘Putin’s Puppy’ despite mountains of evidence that Putin played role in 2016… by his own rules, surely this means Joe gets to be called ‘Xi’s bitch’ — right?

Increasingly, American institutions have shifted from being populated by apolitical public servants whose job it is to put into action the general will of elected officials to obstructionist political activists wielding power and political will independently of those who are accountable to those who have been duly elected.

It really doesn’t matter how justifiable civil servants THINK such independent action is when they go rogue. There is a far more important reason we DON’T do it.

A cadre of ‘experts’ gone rogue, operating independently of duly-elected officials, with an agenda of their own is an ingredient to an unaccountable government. We needn’t look any further than Comey’s FBI to see how that can sow distrust in government institutions.

If Joe wants to LARP as leader of the free world, he’d damn well better find himself a spine — before he drives the whole nation off a cliff.
