While Dems are looking ahead to ways they can tilt future elections in their own favor through Federal legislation, courts are coming back with rulings about the tricks they pulled LAST time.

Funny thing — when the court actually HEARS the evidence rather than dismissing it on a technicality of standing, the results don’t really fit the official Democrat narrative.

While this ONE ruling may not have impacted the overall election results (, it is but one piece of a larger puzzle, and plugging some of these holes will go a long way to setting right what’s gone wrong in past elections. If FLORIDA was able to clean up their act there’s hope for any State that genuinely wants to do so.

Take special notice of the words ‘permanent ban’ in the ruling.

The Virginia Board of Elections rule allowing officials to count ballots that arrived without a postmark up to three days after the election was illegal, a state judge ruled.

Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge ruled the state’s late mail-in ballot law violated state statute and permanently banned the law in future Virginia elections, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) announced Monday. PILF sued the state’s board of elections in October on behalf of Thomas Reed, a Frederick County, Virginia election official.

“This is a big win for the Rule of Law,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “This consent decree gives Mr. Reed everything he requested – a permanent ban on accepting ballots without postmarks after Election Day and is a loss for the Virginia bureaucrats who said ballots could come in without these protections.” — DailyCaller

This is but one of the many tricks that Biden’s legal team tried to employ in tilting the election in their own favor, often under the guise of ‘Coronavirus accommodations’.

In reality, the very same concessions they fought for — which uniformly made election security practices LESS rigid and more easily circumvented — were the precise changes that threw the 2020 results into such chaos. Did they have the RIGHT to make all the ‘legitimate changes’ that were applied in the 2020 election counts?

This question goes to the very heart of the election result, and the growing demand on the right for electoral reform.

This is by no means the last one that will wind its way through the courts.

We would not be at all surprised if there are many similar rulings that will frustrate Democrat narratives into the foreseeable future.
