Hey Church — are you ready for some GOOD news about our current political situation?
The easy things to do, when the tide of public opinion is turning against you would be to run from it or ride the currents wherever they take you.
There is, however, one option that our ancient enemy hopes the church does NOT wake up to… because that one is a serious threat to his whole operation.
Old Slewfoot wants us to be despairing and discouraged. Let’s be sure to disappoint him.
God’s people have been in tougher spots than this before. If you don’t believe me, just look at how much of the Good Book was written from the inside a prison cell… or by people who paid for their faith with their lives.
Do we have any godless leaders dining by the torchlight of burning believers’ bodies like old Nero did? No? Huh, imagine that.
Against those odds so long that even a Gamestop investor wouldn’t touch with a 10′ pole, the gospel flourished. Truth be told, throughout history Christ’s church has often flourished a lot more in the tough times than it ever did in when believers were fat and happy.
Today’s show dives deep into a letter written to a Church in a far worse scrape than we’re in now, written from inside a prison. And it’s a letter about joy.
That’s right, you happy warriors. It’s not time to throw in your towel, it’s time to roll up your sleeves.
Let’s get to it in today’s show.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive
Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
