Church-hating tyrants never did get the Lord’s memo, did they? ‘…I will build My church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

They’ll get it eventually.

Every time the Enemy tries to stamp out the fire of the gospel, he only manages to kick the embers and start new ones. So even if we are entering into a new cycle of ‘post-Christian’ antagonism to the gospel, that does NOT mean the end is nigh.

It just means we’ll have to give our old way of doing things a rethink.

Honestly, the status quo God’s people have gotten used to could use with a little shaking up. It’s not as if it’s getting the job done so far as going into all the world and making disciples goes, is it?

While preachers have been busy counting numbers, nickles, and noses, much of the culture has been slipping further and further away from the light of Christ.

But don’t think this is a gloom-and-doom message. It’s not. There are models of the church — right here in the good ol’ USA — that have been absolutely lighting it up.

What makes those ones different when so many others are going to hell in a handbasket That’s the question this week’s show dives into.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
