Newsweek Reporter Notices That Lawyers For A Democrat That Is Challenging Election Results Is Using The Same Argument As Trump

A judge has ruled that the Republican candidate for New York can finally take her seat among the elected members of Congress. But the Democrat candidate is STILL trying to appeal.

After more than three months since the November election and dozens of days in court, former Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney is headed back to Congress.

A New York State supreme court justice ruled on Friday that Oneida County and the State Board of Elections can certify its final results for New York’s 22nd Congressional Race, which has Tenney up by 109 votes over Democratic incumbent Rep. Anthony Brindisi. –FoxNews

How do you suppose the press would handle this story if it were a Republican contesting a Democrat win… well into February?

We don’t have to wonder. We saw how they handled both Trump’s and the Republicans’ ordinary and orderly Constitutional and court challenges to the initial electoral results.

But what happens when the exact same law firm that Hillary Clinton used to launch the Steel Dossier and Spygate decides to claim that the 2020 election was rigged? Do they get censored on Twitter? Denounced by House Democrats?

Of course not.

When they lost their case in court, and while the Republican prepares to be sworn in, they vowed to continue their fight in court.

They’re doing so LONG after the reasonable timeline for such challenges has ended.

But that’s not even the most scandalous part.

The most scandalous part is the fact that they are making the very same arguments that have had people like Trump and Mike Lindell canceled from social media.

They are claiming that the voting machines themselves are corrupted. Here’s a better look at it:

Claiming that the voter tabulation machines misread hundreds if not thousands.

Interesting, isn’t it?

Don’t worry, though. Democrats never need to worry about paying a price for such ‘dangerous misinformation’.
