This protest really was “mostly peaceful” but the Corporate Media won’t report it that way.

Approximately 500 protesters showed up outside of GraceLife Church in Alberta to show their opposition to government action forcing the congregation out of their church building.

ClashDaily reported on the public health agency of Alberta erecting fencing around the church building on April 7.

According to Sheila Gunn Reid of Rebel Media who has been covering the situation with Pastor James Coates and GraceLife for two months, the actual members of the church weren’t even present because they were meeting elsewhere privately.

This means that there is at least one underground church in Canada. Who could have imagined that in 2019?

While members of GraceLife were worshipping elsewhere, the protest that was being held in front of their building was filled with worship songs and prayer.

Here is what it looked like:

You can see how the Canadian Corporate Media has skewed this report and is turning the Pandemic Porn Addicts against GraceLife church members in this “report” titled, “Alberta church holds service outdoors after closure order, businesses ignore public health orders.”

And even more so in this Canadian Press report saying that many that showed up were “conspiracy theorists” and members of the “far-right” according to an expert who investigates “hate groups.”

An expert investigating hate groups says a weekend gathering outside an Alberta church charged with violating COVID-19 regulations is exemplary of the increasing number of far-right groups and conspiracy theorists who’ve latched on to the anti-lockdown and anti-mask movement.

Up to 500 people gathered outside GraceLife Church west of Edmonton on Sunday, four days after Alberta Health Services shut down and fenced off the building. The health agency says it will remove the fences when the church shows it will comply with public health measures meant to contain the spread of the virus.

Dozens of police officers monitored the crowd as some sang hymns, read from a Bible and prayed for the church to reopen. Several others were heard yelling that the pandemic is not real and is made up by the government, which are all conspiracy theories.

So, a handful of yahoos say some that the pandemic isn’t real, but they get lumped in with the rest of the protesters? What shameful reporting!

Now, remember this is in Spruce Grove, Alberta — a community of about 39,000 residents about a 30-minute drive west of Edmonton. It’s not exactly a huge place and it’s unlikely the church has thousands of members, or even a few hundred.

And yet, according to reports on the ground, more than 40 police vehicles and approximately 200 law enforcement officers showed up once the fence came down.

RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) officers put the fence right back in place.

On the scene once again was Sheila Gunn Reid.

She brought the receipts.

There were many people in the crowd chanting, “Leave the fence alone.”

And yet…

It’s astounding that the government is taking these measures against a church gathering.

Meanwhile, in Calgary (an approximately 3-hour drive away) on Good Friday

Of course.

They wouldn’t dare shut down a mosque a couple of weeks before Ramadan, but churches on Easter? Those are fair game. It’s almost like governments are giving some people a pass and cracking down on others.

This is happening in CANADA.
