Clynick’s death has prompted the CDC to launch an investigation.
‘The investigation as to whether there is a correlation between his death and vaccination is now at the federal level with CDC,’ the Saginaw County Health Department Medical Director said in a statement to the Free Press.
The statement added that the health department ‘continues to encourage families to speak with their physicians to weigh their own risks and benefits of vaccination.’ —DailyMail
Authoritarians, mostly from the political left, have been blasting as ‘anti-vaxxers’ and ‘anti-science’ anyone who dares to ask questions critical of the official talking points around the administration of a vaccine that has provisional approval by FDA.
That may accurately describe some, but there are others who have very specific and reasonable questions that are being brushed aside by official-looking people in labcoats in the name of Science. Most of us have lived long enough to know that it’s not really so hard to manipulate phrases like ‘four out of five dentists prefer…’ to deliberately coerce public opinion on a subject. Some of us want more detailed answers. Especially when it concerns our kids.
It’s one thing for high-risk men and women in the twilight of their lives to weigh the risks of COVID exposure against the potential consequences of a medical procedure whose long-term effects are still unknown.
It’s quite another for young and healthy people, especially children, for whom COVID presents negligible risks, but have decades of their lives in front of them to be expected or obligated to make the same choice.
It was bad enough that red flags were raised when CDC acknowledged they were looking into a series of young men who had developed symptoms of heart inflammation after their vaccination. Worse with some of the stories (or ‘lived experience’ as the activists would frame it) of personal tragedy of some people who have developed the serious and debilitating side effects that we’ve been hearing about in Congress.
Now we can add the name of a thirteen-year-old boy who died in his sleep to our list of unanswered questions.
A 13-year-old from Michigan has died in his sleep three days after receiving his second Coronavirus vaccine, prompting an investigation by the Centers for Disease Control.
Jacob Clynick, a healthy boy with no underlying conditions, received his second shot of the Pfizer vaccine at Walgreens in Zilwaukee on June 13, according to his aunt.
She told The Detroit Free Press that the only side effects he had experienced from the vaccine were fatigue and fever, which are considered normal.
He complained of a stomach ache on June 15 and went to bed, where he died in his sleep, his aunt Tammy Burgess said.
An autopsy has been performed though no cause of death has been determined. —DailyMail
The entire foundation of science can be traced back to intellectual curiosity driving probing questions about ‘why’ and ‘how’ the world works the way it does. If so, how has this robust method of learning about the world we live in suddenly become so fragile that our experts warn us today that asking the same questions about a procedure for which we do not yet have any long-term data points is somehow an affront to it?
