It’s a shocking claim, but is there any merit to it?

Sharri Markson is an investigative journalist in Australia. She’s the editor of The Daily Telegraph and hosts a weekend news show on Sky News.

Markson has been relentless in finding out what happened in Wuhan in late 2019. She literally wrote a book about it, appropriately titled, “What Really Happened In Wuhan: A Virus Like No Other, Countless Infections, Millions of Deaths”.

In May 2020, she appeared on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show. During the segment, she said that we should know how the virus originated and whether it had anything to do with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

ClashDaily has covered some of Markson’s excellent work here:

On Sunday, Markson’s documentary “What Really Happened in Wuhan” was aired on Sky News Australia.

In it, a whistleblower claims that the virus was spread to visiting military members from around the world months before China acknowledged the first case of a novel coronavirus.

Ex-Chinese Communist Party insider Wei Jingsheng said The World Military Games in October 2019 could have acted as the virus’ first superspreader event.

The international tournament for military athletes was held in Wuhan – the origin of the Covid-19 pandemic – two months before China notified the World Health Organisation about its first cases.

Here Markson introduces Wei Jingsheng who says he believed that China would “take the opportunity” to spread the virus during the Military Games that were held in Wuhan in October 2019.

Jingsheng says that it’s rather suspicious that more than 9,000 military athletes from around the world gathered in Wuhan in October 2019 and suddenly became sick with a “mystery illness” shortly before SARS-CoV-2 appeared in the same city just a few weeks before China identified “Patient Zero.”

Mr Jingsheng claimed it was no coincidence some of the 9,000 international athletes who gathered for the event reportedly became sick with a mystery illness.

‘I thought the Chinese government would take this opportunity to spread the virus during the Military Games, as many foreigners would show up there,’ he told the new Sky News documentary What Really Happened in Wuhan.

The whistleblower claimed he had heard of the Chinese government carrying out an ‘unusual exercise’ during the games.

‘[I knew] of the possibility of the Chinese government using some strange weapons, including biological weapons, because I knew they were doing experiments of that sort,’ he said.

Here is another clip of Markson interviewing Jingsheng.

Is what Jingsheng saying a “conspiracy theory”?

It’s hard to tell since China deleted files and samples and hasn’t allowed a proper investigation into the origin of the coronavirus that they aren’t micro-managing.

But, Jingsheng’s claims that members of the military became ill in 2019 were supported by the former Principal China Adviser to the US State Department Miles Yu. Yu said that French, German. and American athletes were among those who became ill with COVID-like symptoms during the Games — but were not tested for COVID.

A Canadian independent news outlet reported something similar with Canadian military members back in January. Rebel News reported that a third of the 176 Canadian soldiers who attended the Military Games in 2019 became incredibly sick with a serious “mystery illness.”

The “quarantine” that the Canadian military imposed was simply putting the ill soldiers at the back of the plane during the flight home. Senior officials then ended the “quarantine” when the flight arrived and sent them back to their homes all over Canada.

The Canadian government covered up the outbreak and refused to test soldiers for antibodies when the world began to test for the coronavirus.

Watch the video report by Rebel’s Keeane Bexte here that includes a high-ranking member of the military that notes that the city of Wuhan — a city with a population of approximately 11 million — was largely empty during the Military games. Gee, that seems weird, doesn’t it?

Since the pandemic began, the vast majority of the West has gone all-in on lockdowns. As they tossed aside their pandemic plans, they followed China’s lead in an attempt to control the spread of a new virus that no one really understood.

The thing is, here in the West, we just don’t have the stomach to go as far as the authoritarian Communist Chinese regime does by locking people in their homes, lying about the death totals, and paying families for their silence. Because that’s what China does.

Although, some Commonwealth countries are just on the edge of tipping over that line — we’re looking at you New Zealand, Australia, and Canada!

This all plays right into China’s hand…

In December 2020, 60 Minutes Australia had Matthew Henderson, a former British Diplomat to China explain how SARS-CoV-2 was “weaponized” to interfere with Western economies and exert control over them.

There is so much resistance to know where this virus came from and it’s not just from China, but the globalists who want “international cooperation” so badly that they’re unwilling to call out the authoritarian Chinese government for continuing with deadly gain of function research that puts the entire world at risk.

Millions of people have died and this pandemic rages on. The world deserves to know the truth.

Perhaps “What Really Happened In Wuhan” is a good first step in that direction.
