This dad has unfairly become the “poster boy” for the threat of “domestic terrorism” that has become a priority for the U.S. Department of Justice after a whiny letter from the National School Boards Association.

Scott Smith, a 48-year old plumber from Virginia, was arrested at a school board meeting in Loudoun County back on June 22 discussing the board’s transgender policy.

For months he chose to stay silent, but he’s now coming forward to explain the reason that he was so enraged at the meeting — just a month earlier, his daughter had been raped by a “boy in a skirt” in the girls’ bathroom and the school did everything it could to cover it up.

During the meeting, Loudoun County School Superintendent, Scott Ziegler, said that the school had never received any reports of any incident involving a transgender student.

“To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,” said Ziegler. He then cited a Time magazine research that disproved that transgender kids would attack other students in bathrooms. He then dismissed the notion of a student using the transgender bathroom policy to prey on other students as a myth. Ziegler said, “I think it’s important to keep our perspective on this, we’ve heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.”

That was the moment when Smith lost control of his rage. He began arguing with a woman near him who said she didn’t believe that his daughter was raped. He called the woman a b**ch and that’s when the police tackled him and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

A Virginia father who went viral after being dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting and arrested for protesting its proposed transgender policies has now revealed he was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy ‘in a skirt’ in the girls’ bathroom.

Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia. The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.

Here is Smith being held down and dragged out by police. You can hear a woman yell that a girl had been raped in the bathroom at school as officers pin Smith to the ground.

The Loudoun County School Board meeting was deemed an “unlawful assembly” and made headlines everywhere.

The Daily Wire reports that Smith was there to expose the cover-up of his daughter’s sexual assault by an allegedly bisexual boy who entered the girls’ bathroom because he occasionally wears dresses.

Smith said that he and his wife are “gay- and lesbian-friendly” but are “not into this children transgender stuff.” He added, “The person that attacked our daughter is apparently bisexual and occasionally wears dresses because he likes them. So this kid is technically not what the school board was fighting about. The point is kids are using it as an advantage to get into the bathrooms.”

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Scott’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster said.

The Daily Mail reports that on the day of the assault, Smith was called to come to the school because his daughter had been physically assaulted — there was no mention of sexual assault.

Once he arrived, the school said that the situation would be handled “internally” and chose not to call police for the incident. When Smith learned what had happened to his daughter, he was enraged and the school did call the police — but not for the alleged rapist — on Smith for making a scene.

‘I went nuts. I called the principal a p****. Six cop cars showed up like a f****** SWAT team,’ he said.

The school’s principal sent out an alert that day warning parents of what had happened involving Smith, but it said nothing of the sexual assault allegations in the bathroom.

It’s unclear exactly what happened next but Smith ended up at the hospital with his daughter.

There, they told doctors what happened and a rape kit was performed.

‘Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,’ he said.

The rape kit verified his daughter’s claim so they took it to the police and a case was opened.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said, “We did respond. At the time, the juvenile was 14-years-old. He was charged with forcible sodomy. After that, it goes through the courts.”

According to Smith’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster, the boy’s attorneys had been working out a plea deal, but it’s unclear if the school board took any action against him.

Lancaster said that during police interviews, the boy confessed to sexually assaulting Smith’s daughter in May.

The Smith family was quiet for months preparing for the October 14 court date when they were stunned that the same boy was arrested again for a similar incident with a different girl at a different school on October 6 — just days before his court date.

On this occasion, he was charged with ‘with sexual battery and abduction’. In that case, he allegedly held a different girl in a classroom to attack her in Broad Run High School – 2.5miles from the high school where Smith’s daughter was assaulted.

Smith’s attorney says prosecutors told her it was the same child as was involved in the case with Smith’s daughter.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the second incident in an October 7 press release:

After that revelation, the Smiths decided to come forward.

“I don’t care if he’s homosexual, heterosexual, bisexual, transsexual. He’s a sexual predator,” said Smith.

Exactly.

The school in the Loudoun County School District has allowed a serial sexual predator to continue to attack girls because of their “progressive and inclusive” transgender policy. We now know of two — were there others? If the school had any say in it, we’d never know the answer to that.

And that’s what the left wants. Transgenderism is the new feminism and it must be protected at all costs.

Transgender activists are blatantly misogynistic as we’ve seen with their “punch a TERF” rhetoric and often violently-worded vitriolic rants against women who advocate for female-only spaces.

This is why the priority should be protecting girls from actual, physical harm instead of bowing to the feelings of gender-confused kids by eliminating gendered spaces which only emboldens sexual predators who are willing to take advantage of the system.

Enough is enough.
