More Than 10,000 Aussies Submit Injury Claims For The Jab … Raising An Uncomfortable Question For Americans

In Australia, if something goes wrong with a ‘jab’ you have been forced to take, you have some recourse and compensation. But what recourse do Americans have?

The government was very aggressive in its lockdown requirements, with a lot of pressure to get vaccinated… including limiting attendance in certain venues and workplaces to people who had been ‘fully vaccinated’.

Because government officials had strongarmed many people into getting the vaccine, the government took responsibility for any negative effects or injuries the vaccine might cause those who took it. Compensation is offered to such people.

And there are a LOT of such people.

There are some 25 million Australians, making America roughly 14 times their size. Keep that figure in mind as a multiplier for when you consider what these same statistics might look like in the US.

Services Australia is building an online portal, to be launched next month, for uncapped claims above $5000 from those who suffered injury and loss of income due to their COVID-19 vaccine, with compensation for medical costs and lost wages to be paid by the government.

…“Adverse events, even though they happen to a tiny proportion of people, for the people it does impact it’s really quite devastating,” Ms Eves said.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration recorded 78,880 adverse events linked to COVID-19 vaccination, representing a small minority (0.21 per cent) of the 37.8 million doses administered to 18.4 million people, by November 7. The good news is that most people had less than one percent likelihood of a negative reaction. Kinda like the statistical chance of actually dying from the virus that has kept so many people living in fear.

Even so, there are more than 10,000 people signed up for financial compensation for a more serious vaccine-related injury.

People who experienced a moderate to significant adverse reaction resulting in a hospital stay of at least one night are covered by the government’s vaccine indemnity scheme.

…Nine people, most of them elderly, have died after experiencing an adverse reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine in Australia.

…Adverse reactions to be covered are based on TGA advice and will include heart conditions myocarditis and pericarditis, the blood clotting disorder thrombosis with thrombocytopenia, the rare neurological condition Guillain-Barré syndrome and immune thrombocytopenia. —Brisbane Times

Since even reporting on Congressional Hearings about conditions like these, or hearings about promising therapeutics, was labeled ‘misinformation’, what is the likelihood that anyone has bothered to make provisions for anyone who is suffering from side effects of a vaccine that people were compelled to take under the threat of various kinds of strong-arming and ultimatum?

Has that question even occurred to anyone?

The biotech companies are shielded from litigation. But what about companies who force employees to ‘shut up and get the shot’? What about government departments? (Shouldn’t employers and government employees consult their legal teams about such questions?)

If an American citizen is compelled to do something against their will and suffers consequences for it, what recourse do they have? Or are they simply screwed?

Why does this matter? Well, for one thing, we’re learning that with so much money on the line, the biotech corps weren’t being entirely honest with us. For example, this uncomfortable fact was buried in Pfizer’s reporting.

The clinical trials of Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine found that the all-cause mortality rate of the vaccinated group was higher than that of the control group, months after the trials were launched, according to a recently released FDA report.

According to the report, which was released by the US Food and Drug Administration to provide background information on its August 2021 decision to grant full approval for the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine after offering limited emergency authorization of use in last December, six months after the vaccine’s clinical trial began, the total number of deaths reported in the vaccinated group was nearly one-quarter higher than the number of deaths in the placebo group.

Just under 22,000 participants were included in each group, with half receiving the coronavirus vaccine, and half receiving a saline solution injection. –IsraelNationalNews

What does 10,000 Australians look like in an American sample size? It could be well above 100,000.
