Those debates seem like a lifetime ago now, but Trump had Joe dead to rights on his jacked-up energy policy.

Not only did Trump catch Joe in a lie about banning fracking (which Joe promptly did despite all his protestations to the contrary), but he called Joe out on his open hostility to all fossil fuels.

Not Just FRACKING Anymore — Biden Just Threw OIL Under The Bus

If it wasn’t bad enough that America lost our long-awaited position of energy independence because Biden made killing the XL pipeline and fracking Priority One when he took office, he’s already looking at killing another pipeline — Line 5. (Immediate implications of that shutdown shown here.)

He’s hardly the only Democrat hostile to energy policy.

Pelosi tipped her hand when someone asked her about the carbon emissions of our military.

Asked by questioner if the U.S. military is “exempt” from climate talks even though it is “a larger polluter than 140 countries combined,” Pelosi responded by saying, “We recognize that as well.”

Pelosi added that the military is a “big user of fuel” but argued there have been “many initiatives over time to convert from fossil fuel to other sources of fuel to run the military” because “it would make the biggest difference.” — FoxNews

John Kerry has a timeline in mind, and he’s bragging about it.

U.S. climate envoy John Kerry said Tuesday in Scotland that America, which boasts the world’s largest economy, will stop burning coal sometime within the next nine years.

“By 2030 in the United States, we won’t have coal,” Kerry told Bloomberg editor-in-chief John Micklethwait during an interview at the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow. “We will not have coal plants.” — FoxNews

Biden’s nominee for Treasury Department shows that choking off the energy industry isn’t just incidental to their policies, it’s the entire point.

They WANT the customer to feel pain when they buy fossil fuels… they don’t CARE who it hurts in the meantime, because they believe (or claim to believe) their cause is so just that the ends justify the means.

President Joe Biden’s nominee for a key Treasury Department role admitted that oil, natural gas and coal firms need to go bankrupt to prevent climate change, a resurfaced video showed.

“Here what I’m thinking about is primarily the coal and oil and gas industry. A lot of the smaller players in that industry are going to probably go bankrupt in short order, at least we want them to go bankrupt if we want to tackle climate change,” Saule Omarova — who the Senate is considering to lead the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency — remarked in a clip uncovered Tuesday by the American Accountability Foundation (AAF), a conservative research group. — DailyCaller

The pain is the point.

And if you doubt that, just look at the reaction of our Energy Secretary when asked about energy prices.

We should all remember this when the poorest among us are forced to choose between buying nutritious food and heating their home this winter… or when these same inflationary pressures force struggling companies to lay off their staff.

Check out Doug’s latest book, The Art of Joe: The Political Brilliance of President Biden. If you have left-leaning family members, workmates, or classmates, to buy several copies and place them in common areas. Make sure you have your video camera ready for when they pick it up and thumb through it because they will be triggered which will make for a great viral video to share across social media. Also, buy a couple for the GOP NeverTrumpers that you know. Finally, both the book’s cover and the epilogue, Notable Quotable Joe are worth the price of admission. We’ve included before and after Biden on Afghanistan. Jen Psaki will no likey this book, but you will. BTW, the book is 95% bereft of any content. Just like Biden’s head.
