No wonder Toobin got his job back. He fits right in with the crew over at CNN!

Project Veritas has been an absolute nightmare for the ‘most trusted name in news’ as they keep digging up embarrassing stories about their own network.

Since their entire schtick, for years, has been shooting darts at Republicans from the pretense of standing on a moral high ground, they can little afford to have that patina of superior morality tainted.

But, again and again, they have done just that.

Throughout the pandemic, the Cuomo brothers act was a central feature, and now both brothers have crashed and burned in disgrace.

The Jeffry Toobin episode of displaying his, ahem, ball-handling skills on a Zoom call (and his subsequent return to work!) is the low-hanging fruit of easy mockery.

In a related topic, Don Lemon still has a court case pending for his (alleged) very unprofessional conduct one night in a bar.

But as sketchy as they are, these guys are small-time scandals by comparison to some stories journalists have dug up about CNN producers. Stories involving children.

When this story first broke, CNN had nothing to say about it, including any statements about the employment status of the (as-yet-publically-unnamed) producer against whom the allegations were being made.

The accused employee, Saleeby, had nothing to say about his employment status at CNN, either.

Now, CNN finally has something to say.

Rick Saleeby, Producer for Jake Tapper, has resigned.

The update came from CNN’s Matt Dornic, Head of Strategic Communications at the network, following Project Veritas’ December 15th report of alleged text messages and FaceTime calls of Saleeby’s sexual fantasies and solicitation of photos of underage girls.

As previously reported, Fairfax County police have taken some of Saleeby’s property as part of an investigation being conducted by detectives assigned to the Child Exploitation Squad of the Major Crimes Bureau. When confronted by a Project Veritas reporter early in the week outside of his court appearance, Saleeby refused to answer questions about his official status with CNN. –ProjectVeritas

This sheds a whole new light on that conspiracy of silence of media companies refusing to report on Jeffery Epstein, Harvey Weinstein, Ed Buck and others, doesn’t it?

With the New Year just days away, what resolutions should the staff at CNN be making now?

Maybe they could start with rethinking what sort of standards they should look at in people they are willing to hire. Here’s someone they could use to reset their benchmarks.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
