Netflix Cites First Amendment In Their Defence Against Kiddie Porn Allegations

Written by Jim H. on March 6, 2022

This is the same Netflix—this newly-minted 1st Amendment freedom fighter version of Netflix—that censored “Gone With the Wind” because in their esteemed and unsolicited opinion that landmark of American cinema was, ‘racist’.

It was so racist, in fact, that Hattie McDaniel was the first “African-American” (she wasn’t from Africa, she never even visited Africa; she was born in Wichita, Kansas and was just simply an American) to win the Academy Award (Best Supporting Actress). You can always judge how ‘racist’ a film is, apparently, by how many black women win an Oscar. That should be apparent, don’t question Netflix, they’re from Hollywood, they’re smarter than you are.

Now the pedophile-hugging Netflix wants to fight for free speech. Now that their execs are facing serious prison time. Now that they’ve been indicted by the State of Texas for interstate trafficking of sexualized content of minors.

Editor’s Note:

The context of the charges Netflix is facing has to do with the highly sexualized content of minors in their film ‘Cuties’.

A Grand Jury indicted Netflix for sexualized images of minors in 2020.
