How badly does a ‘progressive’ have to fail at his job for San Fran-freaking-cisco to turn on him? And yet, that’s exactly what happened to Chesa Boudin.

There were a number of elections held yesterday, but one of the more telling ones for anyone trying to get a read on public opinion for the November midterms is the recall vote of Chesa Boudin.

It wasn’t so long ago, after all, that Gavin Newsome — despite all the ways he’s managed to antagonize Californian voters — managed to hold onto his seat when he faced a recall vote.

Fast forward to June 2022, when voters are starting to feel the pinch of the grand vision Democrats want us to live under and the story changes.

This is doubly true in a city like San Francisco where the public watched in horror as the DA’s refusal to charge people for criminal acts has triggered a crime wave.

San Francisco residents voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to recall District Attorney Chesa Boudin, one of the nation’s most progressive top prosecutors.

Partial results from the San Francisco Department of Elections on Tuesday night showed the recall measure – also known as Proposition H – had the support of nearly 60% of voters, with 40% voting against it.

Boudin sought to reform the criminal justice system, ending the use of cash bail, stopping the prosecution of minors as adults, and focused on lowering jail populations amid the COVID-19 pandemic. How shocked are we that this soft-on-crime Soros-appointee is the literal son of convicted domestic terrorists?

Not. At. All.

Fed-up San Francisco voters ousted their progressive district attorney on Tuesday in a recall election that rejected his soft-on-crime policies following surges in shameless shoplifting, car break-ins and rampant, open-air drug dealing.

The recall effort against Chesa Boudin, a former public defender and the son of convicted Weather Underground terrorists, was supported by 61% of voters in early returns, according to NBC.

Tuesday’s recall election, Proposition H on the ballot, could prove a bellwether of voter sentiment across the US, including in New York City, where Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has faced widespread criticism since enacting a slew of progressive policies after taking office in January. — NewYorkPost

If Weather Underground sounds familiar, it should. That was the left wing group of domestic terrorists who were ACTUALLY involved in an attempt to destabilize or overthrow the government, which included killing police officers and planting bombs in places like the Capitol Building.

When SDS collapsed in 1969, the Weather Underground stepped forward, inspired by communist ideologies and embracing violence and crime as a way to protest the Vietnam War, racism, and other left-wing aims. “Our intention is to disrupt the empire … to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks,” claimed the group’s 1974 manifesto, Prairie Fire.

By the next year, the group had claimed credit for 25 bombings—including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, the California Attorney General’s office, and a New York City police station.

The FBI doggedly pursued these terrorists as their attacks mounted. Many members were identified, but their small numbers and guerrilla tactics helped them hide under assumed identities. In 1978, the Bureau arrested five members who were plotting to bomb a politician’s office. Others were captured after two policemen and a Brinks’ driver were murdered in a botched armored car robbery in Nanuet, New York, in 1981. —FBI

One of that terrorist group’s founders was none other than Bill Ayers, the man from whose living room our 44th President launched his campaign.

Surely any commonality between Weather Underground’s Communist, criminal and subversive practices; Bill Ayers’s political activism; Chesa Boudin’s hostility to traditional understandings of law-and-order; Barack Obama’s woke policies; and George Soros’s bankrolling of the entire Progressive Project is entirely coincidental, right?

Maybe that’s why Dems are so hellbent on getting that Jan 6 message moved forward. If they can keep attention directed at Republicans, we won’t look too closely at the Democrats.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
