Either way, it’s not a great soundbite coming from the President of the United States.

A video clip of President Biden was being shared widely on Twitter on Wednesday because like many of hs public appearances, it was incredibly bizarre. The President was recounting a story from his childhood where he said that his mother used to drive him to school and after the first frost, she had to use the windshield wipers to get the oil slick off the car window.

“That’s why I and so damn many other people I grew up with have cancer and why for the longest time Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation,” said Biden.

It sure sounds like he’s blaming cancer in Delaware on the oil industry.

Picking apart the clip, the options about what he meant are pretty limited, and none of them are good.

There are only a handful of possible reasons that the the 78-year old President of the United States who is slurring his words, shuffles when he walks, and seems confused 80% of the time would say this. They are because he…

(a) has just admitted he is currently dealing with a cancer diagnosis;

(b) misspoke and was referring to skin cancer from sun exposure years ago;

(c) lies constantly and with such ease that even he can’t keep his stories straight;

(d) is so out of it he didn’t realize what he said because he has dementia.

The White House Comms team must be having a fit over there trying to figure out how to spin this with the least worst of the options before them and push it out to the “friendly” media.

They seem to have settled on the reference to skin cancer and are sticking with it despite some significant problems with that answer.

President Biden said Wednesday that he has cancer, forcing the White House press office to quickly clarify that he was referring to skin cancer treatment that he had before taking office last year.

The remark initially appeared to be a stunningly casual health announcement during a speech about global warming in which the president described emissions from oil refineries near his childhood home in Claymont, Del.

“That’s why I and so damn many other people I grew up with have cancer and why for the longest time Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation,” Biden said.

White House spokesman Andrew Bates referred The Post to a tweet from Washington Post columnist Glenn Kessler, who noted that Biden had “non-melanoma skin cancers” removed before he took office.

It’s unclear why Biden chose to use the present verb tense to describe his experience with cancer.

But don’t worry about Joe…

In addition, on the campaign trail, Joe promised that his administration would cure cancer.

That’s probably coming shortly after the administration “shuts down the virus” that has been spreading since March 2020 even with mask mandates, lockdowns, COVID shots and the boosters.

If you listen to the administration and the Regime Media, that’s coming any day now…

Speaking of the journo “hactivists” for the Regime, as if on cue, they came running to defend “The Big Guy” from his own words.

Leading the charge was the head “fact-checker” at the Washington Post, Glenn Kessler.

But critics of the President weren’t buying it.

The entire discussion happening about whether he currently has cancer or had treatment for skin cancer in the past is missing a crucial aspect of this story… it’s that he got cancer from oil raining down on his mom’s car — that’s just a weird connection to make.

Aside from the snide, skeptical tweets by right-wingers, the team over at Townhall dug up a clip from Biden in April saying that the oil raining down on his mom’s car all those years ago is why he has asthma.

Hmmm… this is definitely weird.

Even WaPo’s “Pinocchio guy” had to admit that he was out fact-checked by Townhall.

As pointed out by conservative journalist, Stephen Miller, the White House Comms team could’ve just said that Biden misspoke and meant to say “asthma” as he did in April, but they chose to go with the “he had skin cancer because of sun exposure” that completely contradicts what Dementia Joe said. Interesting.

So, Dear Reader, what do you think?

Did Biden accidentally let it slip that he curently has cancer, or was it another example of his cognitive decline?

We may never know the truth… but then, this is Joe Biden we’re talking about. The man doesn’t even seem to have a passing familiarity with the concept of “truth” and even if he did, he probably wouldn’t remember it now.

Perhaps we should simply console ourselves that we are now in the dark just as Joe Biden has been every single day of his life.

Check out Doug’s latest book, The Art of Joe: The Political Brilliance of President Biden. If you have left-leaning family members, workmates, or classmates, to buy several copies and place them in common areas. Make sure you have your video camera ready for when they pick it up and thumb through it because they will be triggered which will make for a great viral video to share across social media. Also, buy a couple for the GOP NeverTrumpers that you know. Finally, both the book’s cover and the epilogue, Notable Quotable Joe are worth the price of admission. We’ve included before and after Biden on Afghanistan. Jen Psaki will no likey this book, but you will. BTW, the book is 95% bereft of any content. Just like Biden’s head.
