The Christian Patriots Conference met in Houston Texas, and by the end of it, the devil must have been chugging Maalox.

Suddenly, a group of Christians who’d heard a steady drumbeat of ‘the end is nigh’ and so-and-so is the antichrist, and all-is-lost heard a very different message.

Hope.

You know, that Christian virtue standing up there on the awards podium with faith and love? You remember that thing called hope, don’t you?

Well, the Christians who showed up in Houston sure do. They had it a double-dose of hope hooked straight into their veins.

All it took was reading the Psalms and remembering who God really is.

Why do we see so many timid little Christians ready to throw in the towel? They’ve got an inverted view of reality.

They see a big, bad devil presiding over a hostile, terrifying world and they shake in their boots.

That’s not what God sees. And it’s not what you should see.

If you, ‘little’ Christian, want to step up and take your rightful place as a holy terror that makes Satan’s servants sweat rivers of sulfur when your feet hit the floor in the morning… grab a notepad and buckle up.

If you want to hear about how to use the rest of those imprecatory psalms to blast Satan’s noggin with a sanctified cruise missile of prayer, look no further than this book.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
