All those people who told us we shouldn’t rush to conclusions tying all these new heart problems to those mRNA vaccines had a point — just not the one they were trying to make.
Even the staunchest defenders of the mRNA vaccines have admitted to medical complications — including heart issues — tied to getting the ‘Fauci Ouchie’.
But while the chorus of voices chanting ‘correlation is not causation’ were more interested in echoing regime talking points than they were informing the population about how our scientific understanding of cause and effect actually works, they stumbled onto an actual fact by mistake. Trot out the old expressions about stopped watches and all that.
While we’ve got real problems with vaccine injuries, it is ALSO true that there really ARE such things as confounding variables in this situation.
Pandemic response wasn’t the ONLY significant change to our data set we’ve seen in the last couple of years.
In that same period we have also seen a rapid adoption of a new widespread medical practice. It is known by its advocates as ‘gender-affirming care’. Until about fifteen seconds ago, everyone else knew it as ‘sex change’.
In light of the fact that young people are far more likely to embrace this new procedure, and we have seen a significant uptick in cardiac problems among our young people, it might be natural to wonder if there is any possible connection between the drug cocktails they are consuming and cardiac risks.
So far as stroke, heart attack, and blood clots go, a study has now given us some definitive answers to that question: Risks go up. WAY up.
Breast cancer, risks go up too.
The American College of Cardiology put out a press release in which (among other things) they said:
“It’s all about risks and benefits. Starting transitioning is a big part of a person’s life and helping them feel more themselves, but hormone replacement therapy also has a lot of side effects—it’s not a risk-free endeavor,” said Ibrahim Ahmed, MD, a third-year resident at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, Pennsylvania and the study’s lead author.
In the study, people with gender dysphoria who had ever used hormone replacements saw nearly seven times the risk of ischemic stroke (a blockage in a vessel supplying blood to the brain), nearly six times the risk of ST elevation myocardial infarction (the most serious type of heart attack) and nearly five times the risk of pulmonary embolism (a blockage in an artery in the lung), compared with people with gender dysphoria who had never used hormone replacements. Hormone replacement therapy was not associated with any increase in deaths from any cause or with increased rates of atrial fibrillation, diabetes, hypertension, hemorrhagic stroke or heart failure.
Both estrogen and testosterone are known to increase the clotting activity of blood, which could explain the increase in clotting-related cardiovascular events, researchers said. Those taking hormone replacement therapy also had higher rates of substance use disorder and hypothyroidism.
“Looking at a person’s medical and family history should definitely be part of the screening protocol before they even start hormone replacement therapy,” Ahmed said. “It is also important that people considering this therapy are made aware of all the risks.”
Hold on, did that just say ‘higher rates of substance use disorder’?
The whole ‘live daughter or a dead son’ guilt trip parents are hit with presupposed that people who receive this invasive procedure were supposed to be doing so for an improvement in mental health, not a step backward.
Almost as if they are more interested in our compliance than they are in a patient’s actuall well-being.
Dear Christian: Your Fear Is Full of Crap
by Doug Giles
Beginning in March 2020, many Christians went into lockdown-freak-out mode. Uncut, irrational, unbiblical, and not to mention, unconstitutional, fear gripped many churches and church leaders. Forced to choose between obeying the Word of God or the edict of man, most Western Churches buckled. We even saw it here in First Amendment-protected America.
The Apostle Peter buckled to fear on the night of Christ’s crucifixion. But he learned his lesson and lived the rest of his life bold as a lion. How can the church ‘go and do likewise’?
