REPORT: Unvaxxed NYC Teachers’ Fingerprints Sent To FBI And Flagged With A ‘Problem Code’
That new House Committee formed to investigate the “Weaponization of Government” should check in on what’s going on with the teachers in NYC that were fired for not getting the COVID shots.
[CLICK TO BROWSE COLLECTION]It was absolutely absurd for governments to mandate a new mRNA product without any long-term testing to “vaccinate” people against an airborne respiratory virus, and it’s even more absurd that these mandates for employment persist when we know that the shots don’t last very long and don’t protect against contracting or transmitting the virus. Nevertheless, this is where we sit in February twenty-twenty-three.
If that isn’t troubling enough, it appears that the New York City Department of Education went above mandating the vaccine to flagging educators that refused to get it with “problem codes” and then sent their fingerprints to the FBI and DOJ.

The fingerprints of unvaccinated New York City teachers were reportedly sent to the FBI with “problem code” flags, prompting outrage from former educators who lost their jobs over the mandate.
Earlier this month, John Bursch, who is representing teachers who are suing the city over the mandate, said teachers who refused the shot now have a “flag in their file,” which will impact their ability to get another job.
“When the city puts these problem codes on employees who have been terminated because of their unconstitutional policies, not only do they have this flag in their files, but their fingerprints are sent with that flag to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services, so it impacts their ongoing ability to get employment at other places,” Bursch said Feb. 8.

On Tuesday, Fox & Friends First hosted a panel discussion with investigative journalist Betsy Combier who uncovered the story, and two teachers who were fired for refusing the COVID vaccine — former Brooklyn teacher Rachelle Garcia, and Michael Kane, who is currently suing NYC over the vaccine mandate and now leads the group “Teachers for Choice”, an organization comprised of teachers and parents that oppose medical mandates.
Combier notes in her affidavit how much of a problem the flag is, “the DOE puts in the personnel file of employees to indicate that they should not be hired due to unexplained misconduct of some kind. Employees can be flagged for everything from receiving an unsatisfactory or ineffective rating to engaging in egregious criminal acts.”
The Post Millennial reports that NYC’s defense is that the employees were fired for failing to meet a newly-imposed employment requirement. They also include a quote from Michael Kane that seems to hit the nail on the head.
The city’s attorney, Susan Paulson, argued in court that the teachers were fired not for misconduct, but for failing to meet an employment requirement, namely the newly imposed Covid vaccination.
According to Kane, these teachers were still tagged with the problem code and their fingerprints sent to federal authorities.
“I believe that unvaccinated NYC educators were being setup to be viewed as ‘right-wing extremists’ or even ‘terrorists,'” Kane wrote. “We know for many years Dr. Peter Hotez has been promoting an insane narrative that those who are ‘vaccine hesitant’ are an extremely dangerous group, and that we need to look to Homeland Security and even NATO for suggestions of how to deal with such a ‘threat.'”
Dr. Peter Hotez, according to journalist Dan Cohen’s Substack, is Dr. Fauci’s “underling” and has acted as a “deceptive political figure” in pushing Covid vaccine mandates.

We shouldn’t really be surprised.
It seems that this particular administration is quite willing to work with education officials to demonize and vilify anyone that could threaten the public school monopoly either by pushing back on far-left indoctrination at the expense of education in classrooms to refusing a largely ineffective experimental medical product for an airborne respiratory disease.
