CHILD TRAFFICKING: If Americans Want To End It, They MUST Do This ONE Thing

The life and example of the agent featured in this summer’s blockbuster ‘The Sound Of Freedom’ has raised global awareness of the problem — the question now is what it will take to solve it.

American legislators, in particular, are interested in looking for ways to take America out of the equation for child traffickers.

The website World Population Review gives the following information about Child Trafficking in the United States.

Which US states have the highest rates of child trafficking?
There are several states in the country where child trafficking is incredibly common. The states with the highest rates of child trafficking include Delaware, California, Missouri, Michigan, and Texas. These are also states that have very high rates of human trafficking, where approximately 3.5 out of every 100,000 people in the state are victims of human trafficking. California had the highest rate of human trafficking, including child trafficking, in the United States in 2019. During this year alone, California had more than 1,500 cases of human trafficking reported. — WPR

A little more than seven years ago Tim Ballard — the man on whose life the movie was filmed — testified before Congress about the problem of Child Trafficking.

It was pointed out by Aaron Stevenson in YourNews that more than seven years have elapsed since that hearing, which is longer than the lives of many children trapped in the hell of the form of modern-day slave trade generally referred to by the more innocuous term ‘human trafficking’.

When you hear ‘human trafficking’ you will see the true horror of the situation endured by the victims if you reframe it as slavery and exploitation.

As the New York Times pointed out, some 85,000 children have disappeared under the Biden administration. Many of them are little kids working dangerous jobs or midnight shifts to ‘pay back’ their supposed ‘benefactors’.

Others are sold for sex where they get exploited day after day. Again and again. With no hope of a future.

The article by Stevenson gives a detailed description about how our immigration system, as it is currently being administered, has been thoroughly corrupted by people who will gladly exploit both the system and the children it gives them access to.

He sounds the alarm that the policies we are making are poised to make things worse — including even the best and most honorable intentions that could be attributed to the unaccompanied minor program.

It is Stevenson’s assertion that they have fatal flaws that can — and will — be exploited even further by criminals.

He has a bold suggestion for what it will take to cut the Gordian Knot of children in the immigration system. But it would take some serious cojones to implement it in today’s political environment.

Here’s the solution — the link will take you to the article where he lays out the rest of his case.

If you want HHS to stop trafficking children, HHS needs to stop receiving children. It just really is that simple, and, is the most logical solution. HHS has proven to the American taxpayer that the system has no ability to be reformed. Congress, which allegedly has the power of the purse, will continue to take your money to fund this operation. They have shown to you that they will take your money to fund child trafficking. Furthermore, Congress has no ability to influence the performance of government. You can fill Congress with every activist you want to legislate every bill you want to stop child trafficking, HHS will continue to leverage administrative law to nullify these protections as they have done for decades.

The natural reaction I have received from Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, Liberals, and (my personal favorite) self-described patriots can all be summed up with one word: repudiation.

I want to be clear that this article is solely intended to talk to Christians. If you are non-Christian or secular-minded, I don’t ask you to continue reading. Christians have to understand the implication this has on us. I’m Eastern Orthodox, and during my Christmation, I made a promise to be a soldier and servant for Christ. I don’t know you nor your relationship with God, but, you have accepted Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, our Master and King of Kings, has told us:
– The King will answer them, ‘Amen, I tell you: as much as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.’ Matthew 25:40
– But as for the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic, idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death. Revelation 21:8
– I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot. But because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. Revelation 3:15-16 — YourNews

We need to act.

And we need to pray.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
