Kendall Stephens, 37, a transgender identifying male and prominent LGBTQ+ activist in Philadelphia was charged on December 18 with rape of two boys under the age of 13.

Sources tell Action News Stephens raped two boys under the age of 13. Further details on the investigation have not been released.
Some of the charges include indecent assault against a person less than 13 years old, rape, unlawful contact with minor sexual offenses, and endangering the welfare of children – parent or guardian.
A judge set her bail at $250,000 and her next court appearance is scheduled for December 29.

Charges were filed with the Office of the Attorney General, which is a bit awkward since Stephens had been working with Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner’s office crafting LGBTQ+ policies and to cover crimes against LGBTQ+ individuals under Pennsylvania’s hate crimes laws.

Stephens came to prominence as an activist after he was attacked in his Point Breeze neighborhood in 2020. The attack occurred inside a home that Stephens shares with his two teenaged god-daughters.

Here’s a video of Stephens discussing the attack:

Reduxx reports that Stephens had “recently been working in a leadership position at a children’s home for vulnerable youth.”

Over the past three years, Stephens had been involved with Bethany Children’s Home in Berks County, where he sat on the Board of Directors. According to the foster home’s website, Stephens, who resided at Bethany as a teen, was chosen for the role due to his experience as a “civil rights activist,” and because he was pursuing a degree in Public Health, Social Work, Communication and Activism from Temple University.
In addition to being in a leadership role among at-risk youth, Stephens has been influential in local politics.
Beginning in 2022, he worked for the District Attorney Office’s (DAO) LGBTQ Advisory Board and the Philadelphia Police Department’s LGBTQIA+ Liaison Committee. In January of last year, the DAO issued a press release announcing the committee, created in response to a “nationwide increase in reported violence toward transgender women of color.”

Stephens clearly took his activism very seriously. Here he is dancing on stage at the Human Rights Campaign gala.

The Human Rights Campaign had an article written by Stephens about the attack on its website, but it’s now a dead link.

Tymesha Wearing, 36, was arrested for the attack on Stephens and was sentenced to 18 months.

Referencing the attack, DA Krasner extolled Stephens as a loud voice for the LGBTQ+ community and praised his resilience after facing an attack that was meant to “demean and silence [him].”

“Nearly three years ago, Kendall Stephens endured a frightening crime that was intended to demean and silence her,” Krasner said. “Instead, Ms. Stephens continues to speak out loudly on behalf of other queer victims of violent crime — all while pursuing graduate studies. This criminal case is now closed, but Ms. Stephens will never stop fighting for the respect, support and protections that queer people deserve in order to live safely, freely and joyfully.”

But it wasn’t just a connection with Philly’s District Attorney, Stephens also campaigned for Pennsylvania’s Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro in 2022.

In addition, Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) honored her “friend” Kendall Stephens in the People’s House.

In another awkward turn of events, it appears that Kendall Stephens was friends with fellow LGBTQ+ activist Josh Kruger who was murdered in his home by a young man that Kruger had allegedly sexually abused as a teen.

It’s just another couple of isolated incidents of LGBTQ+ activists abusing children.

And they just happened to be friends.

Friends who raped young boys.

It’s just a weird coincidence, guys. Honest. It’s not like they’re coming for your children or anything.

As we have seen on social media, trans activists are some of the most narcissistic, self-righteous, and unhinged individuals.

As part of his womanface schtick, Stephens believes that he can pick and choose what “femininity” means. He kept his boy parts but dresses like a chick. It’s the ultimate form of misogyny for a man to define what is and is not “feminine.”

Stephens also seems to believe that other people are just not as worthy as he is because of his high rank on the victimology chart. In an Instagram post, Stephens said that he “never had a chance” to become the commencement speaker at Temple University because the committee didn’t compose of anyone “black, brown, or trans-identified.”

Even the mild rejection letter that gushed about his bright future wasn’t good enough for Stephens.

Nah, maybe it’s just that someone was a better candidate.

Looks to me like Temple U. managed to saved themselves an awkward apology that the Philly D.A. and Pennsylvania Governor should probably give for making the pedo predator Kendall Stephens into a poster child for LGBTQ+ victimhood.
