There is irony in the world's leading state sponsor of terror complaining about a terrorist attack
While Iran marked the 4th anniversary of the world being rid of the man behind the IED that killed or maimed so many American soldiers in Afghanistan… two large explosions near his tomb have killed more than 100 Iranians.
These explosions came at the 4-year anniversary of the drone strike where Trump turned Solemani into salsa. As for why that drone strike was morally justified, see THIS story.

Iranian officials are calling it a ‘terror attack’ despite not no clear indication of who is responsible for the explosions.

Ah yes. The ‘Jews’ did it. Except that there is one problem with that theory… a detail that doesn’t add up. A mass slaughter of low-value civilians does NOT fit Israel’s usual method of attack.
I have no doubt this allegation will be lobbed around today a lot in the aftermath of the terrorist attack in Kerman, Iran, and it just shows a lack of judgment and common sense.

Compare that against the drone strike just one day earlier in which Israel is assumed to have played a role in taking out a key Hamas figure who happened to be in Lebanon.

Of course, even if Israel COULD be blamed for the attacks, what moral authority does Iran have to stand on? Would it seriously claim an attack was ‘unprovoked’? Iran has been funding terror proxies for YEARS to destabilize the region and — in particular — rain hell and rockets on Israel.
Even now, Iran has put a warship in the water in the Red Sea, while praising the Houthis that Americans sank after a failed piracy attempt.
At least 103 people were killed Wednesday and 141 injured in the Iranian city of Kerman after twin blasts near the burial site of slain military commander Qasem Soleimani, in what officials called a terror attack, according to state media.
The blasts came on the fourth anniversary of Soleimani’s death in a US air strike, and threatens to accelerate tensions in the region that have spiked since the start of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.
The first explosion was 2,300 feet (700 meters) from Soleimani’s grave, and the second was 0.6 miles (1 kilometer) away as pilgrims visited the site, IRNA added.
Soleimani was killed by a US airstrike ordered by former President Donald Trump at Baghdad International Airport four years ago Wednesday.

IRINN, another state television channel, reported that the first explosion near the grave of Soleimani was caused by a bomb placed in a suitcase inside a Peugeot 405 car, and appeared to be detonated remotely. — CNN
If things are blowing up in Iran, maybe they could check in on Al Qaeda. Iran DID give them safe harbor, despite each group representing rival sects of Islam.
Maybe Al Qaeda figured scapegoating Israel for the murder of some Iranian civilians would be the push they needed to get Iran to take their war against Israel to the next level.
