GOP hopeful and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley appeared on Meet the Press on Sunday to talk about the race and (to the glee of the Regime Media) trash her primary opponent, former President Donald Trump.
Last week, Trump lost a defamation case against ex-sex columnist E. Jean Carroll that was similar to a Law & Order episode that she claims she’s never watched and was ordered to pay the outrageous sum of $83 million.
The settlement has brought the case back into the headlines.
At one point, in the interview, Haley was asked by NBC’s Kristen Welker what she thought of the jury finding Trump guilty of sexual assault against Carroll.
Haley replied that she “trusts the jury” in their guilty verdict, but said that it shouldn’t disqualify Trump from being on the ballot.
