Biden Docs Case: If He’s too Demented To Stand Trial… How Can He Serve As POTUS?

In the midst of everything else going on yesterday, we have a report on Biden's documents case

It was one helluva news day. Trump had a SCOTUS case, Tucker dropped his Putin interview, and the report on Joe Biden’s OWN documents case finally dropped.

Not surprising was the fact that Biden’s DOJ would not press charges against the siting POTUS. More surprising was the report detailing WHY there were no charges pressed.

Joe and his defenders will want everyone to understand that to mean he did nothing wrong and the case was closed, that isn’t exactly true. No charges were pressed does NOT mean he did nothing wrong. In fact he did plenty ‘wrong’.

The reason they do not want to press charges creates an even bigger problem for Joe than his legal problem with classified documents.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report stated.

It “would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” Hur went on. “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

He further recalled Biden’s difficulty recalling basic facts about his life during his interview with him, amid other notes. The discussion of Biden’s mental state and poor memory subsequently renewed concerns over his fitness for office. — JustTheNews

By ‘basic facts about his life’ that article means the little things, like which years he served as Obama’s veep… or what year his son Beau died.

Victor Davis Hanson quipped,

“Biden is Too Demented to Be Found Guilty of Crimes,  But Not Too Demented to Be President?” he asked. “Special Counsel Robert Hur just found Joe Biden was guilty of violating national security laws in removing classified documents— after examining then Senator and Vice President Biden’s some 15-year habit of removing classified files to his offices and residences, where they were stored in unsecured fashion. Period. End of story.” — JustTheNews

If the only reason he isn’t standing trial is because of mental deficiencies… what does that say about his ability to run the country — and how everyone in his circle, and his party — have been lying to the American public? Especially after they fought like hell to skewer Trump with the 25th Amendment.

If he’s competent to run the country, Joe should face charges. If Joe ducks charges because of mental deficiencies… clearly, he’s in the wrong job.

To make matters worse, he held a presser to show just how well his mind worked. He, uh, showed us all right.

He tried to invoke his dead son…

That didn’t go so well. Notice the unfinished sentence, pause, and the new topic.

He tried to brag on his geopolitical accomplishments, but his name-dropping fell flat.

Back in 2017, there was evidence he wasn’t mentally sharp. His own ghostwriter complained of it, and it has gotten worse since.

And do you remember all of that ‘national security’ handwringing about Trump?

For some reason, that same ‘risk to national security’ language doesn’t seem to be a problem when Joe does it. Forget the fact that mental state is not a prerequisite of criminality.

John The Baptist: A Rude Awakening Precedes A Great Awakening.

This timely little tome chronicles the politically incorrect ministry of one of God’s most effective wildmen, John the Baptist, who prepared the way for Christ’s ministry.

The abrasive message of repentance John preached 2000 years ago is still confrontational and offensive today — but it is also life-changing.

In our putrid, worldly culture that has turned away from God, this book is a must-read for every Christian.

Available in paperback for those of you who like the feel of the pages in your hot, little hands, on Kindle to keep it right at your fingertips, and as an epic Audiobook.
