If Iran Is Such A Dangerous Threat To World Peace, Why Is Biden About To Further Enrich Them?

Not just the Middle East, but Ukraine, too

You’d think that having a contract on the lives of US citizens would be enough to disqualify Iran for any friendly treatment from the American government… but that’s now how Joe’s administration rolls.

Friends of ours, like Israel, get the short end of the stick, but the regime orchestrating so much of the chaos swirling around in the world? They’re getting a royal treatment.

Joe has been issuing threats about red lines to Israel — who is fighting a war they didn’t start and trying to free hostages taken by Hamas.

But the puppet-master on the aggressor’s side isn’t getting so much as a stern warning. On the contrary, the country that has financed more than 100 attacks on American positions — not to mention the attacks on Israel from Houthis, Hamas, and Hezbollah — are bellying up to the trough for another big payday, courtesy of the Biden Administration.

In November, shortly after Hamas’s attack on Israel, the State Department signed off on a sanctions waiver that permits Iraq to transfer multibillion-dollar electricity payments to Iran. The waiver, which grants Tehran access to around $10 billion in frozen funds, is set to expire this month unless the Biden administration renews it.

A group of Republican lawmakers is concerned that the sanctions waiver will be approved, according to a letter sent late Monday to the Treasury and State Departments and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The lawmakers ask the Biden administration to provide information on how much cash Iran has been able to access in the months since sanctions were lifted.

The sanctions waiver decision comes as Iran and its regional terror proxies—which include Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi rebels in Yemen—foment chaos across the Middle East, including a series of missile attacks that killed 3 American military members and wounded more than 40. Critics of the sanctions waiver say it will enable Iran to continue funding its terrorist allies amid the worst spate of violence in the Middle East in years. — FreeBeacon

Remember when Joe Biden told us that Ukraine is a priority because if Russia wins that battle, it’s an existential threat to … something or other? Even if we have to bleed ourselves dry to fund that war it’s supposed to be worth it.

Uh-huh. Imagine if we could choke out the other side’s supply, instead of straining to catch up with them. Putin is the personification to Joe Biden’s Democrats. Who are Putin’s BFFs?

Well… this story from yesterday might give us a clue:

China, Iran and Russia have begun a joint naval drill in the Gulf of Oman, a crucial waterway near the mouth of the Persian Gulf, officials said Tuesday.
Footage aired by Chinese state television and a video released by the Russian navy showed the ongoing drill, known as “Marine Security Belt 2024.”
[…] Iran has stepped up its military cooperation with Beijing and Moscow in response to regional tensions with the United States, including due to supplying military drones to Russia now being used in Moscow’s war on Ukraine. — AP

Not only is Iran working in concert with Russia, but they are supplying one of the most needed weapons of this war: drones.

Ok, what else do we know?

The country that chants ‘death to America’ and ‘Death to Israel’ is on the brink of joining the nuclear club.

In its recent quarterly report, the U.N.’s nuclear watchdog warned Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium continues to increase.
According to the IAEA, Iran has enriched uranium up to 60% purity, which is only a short, technical step away from the weapons-grade level of roughly 90%. Experts say, in theory, Iran has roughly enough to make several atomic weapons, according to the IAEA’s numbers. — FoxNews

That’s just their obscene foreign policy. Their treatment of minorites in their own country is even worse, as described by the report written by religious freedom NGO ‘Article 18’ :

One shocking finding of the Article 18 40-page study, titled “Faceless Victims: Rights Violations Against Christians in Iran,” states, “By the end of 2023, at least 17 of the Christians arrested during the summer had received prison sentences of between three months and five years, or non-custodial punishments such as fines, flogging, and in one case the community-service of digging graves.”

The report noted, “Despite a comparable number of Christians being arrested in 2023 as in previous years – 166 arrests were documented in 2023, compared to 134 in 2022 – fewer names and faces could be publicized.”

Rev. Johnnie Moore, the president of the Congress of Christian Leaders, told Fox News Digital, “The Department of State’s absolutely insane policy toward the Islamic Republic, which is wreaking havoc worldwide, also has real life-and-death consequences for the people in Iran. The mullahs presently feel they have a license to kill whoever they want and no one will do anything. So more people are being captured and killed and the terrorist leaders of the Islamic Republic particularly lust for the blood of women and Christians. “

Moore, an influential evangelical leader, explained that Iran’s regime persecutes Christians “Because these mullahs fear the power and resolve of Iranian women, and they know that Iranian Christians, who only fear God, do not fear the ayatollah himself. The more the mullahs threaten, imprison and kill us, our movement just multiplies. No church in the world is growing, secretly, and faster than the Iranian church and Iran’s women look very much forward to the day when the world greets the first woman president of a free Iran.” —FoxNews

Did you catch the part about the insane policies of Biden’s Department of state having life-and-death consequences?

Right.

The media liked kicking around the word ‘feckless’ in the Trump years. Weak, ineffective, worthless.

If that was what they called Trump, they’ll need to invent new loser words to describe the dumpster fire of the Biden presidency — or else pretend it doesn’t exist.
