Trailer Full Of Bibles Burns At Church On Easter Sunday — Is This A Hate Crime?

And authorities were somehow unsure if this targeted the church or not?

We can’t wait for all of the talking heads who loudly condemned the burning of the Koran in protest to make their voices heard on this story featuring a different holy book.

With stories like this turning up, maybe the press should dial down their ‘Christian Nationalist’ rhetoric a couple of notches. They are, after all, so quick to draw cause-and-effect relationships between public statements and the violence of others, perhaps they have a mirror or two in their green rooms to reflect on.

Extinction Rebellion weren’t the only hateful souls targeting Christians on Easter Sunday. Some guy took the time and trouble to fill a trailer full of Bibles, drop them off at the intersection in front of Global Vision Church, and set them on fire to make some kind of a statement.

Authorities in a Tennessee community are investigating after a trailer full of Bibles was intentionally set on fire in front of a church on Easter Sunday.

Around 6 a.m. on Sunday, the Mount Juliet Police Department and Fire Department swiftly responded to a trailer fire located in an intersection that was blocking the entrance of the Global Vision Church.

The church’s pastor, Greg Locke, said in a statement posted on Facebook, that the church’s security cameras were able to capture a man reportedly dropping off the trailer before setting it ablaze.

“There was a lady that had driven through the night to get to our church, and she was in the parking lot and was able to get the police officers here quickly, but it was quite the scene to wake up to on my first morning back from Israel,” Pastor Locke wrote. — FoxNews

This kind of extreme action should hardly surprise us.

If the target were a racial minority, or singled out for some aspect of their sexual identity, or singled out for some OTHER religious affiliation, this would be a big story.

But since this one doesn’t have the villains OR victims the news likes to talk about, the story will have about ten seconds’ worth of relevance… just like when violent pro-abortion activists were vandalizing and firebombing crisis pregnancy centers and churches while promising to to worse if judges ruled the wrong way on a SCOTUS decision. (Seems a little ‘subverting democracy-ish’, but that’s only important to Joe when it helps his agenda.)

This whole attitude lines up perfectly with the way Biden’s DOJ views ordinary people who disagree with his agenda (especially Christians) with suspicion — ranging from anyone attending Latin Mass, to participation in Pro-Life events, to having ‘Bible’ in your list of banking purchases. Let’s not forget the ‘domestic terrorist’ label we were seeing for Betsy Ross & Gadsden flags or parents showing up at school board meetings.

A little reminder of who we’re dealing with, to help you motivate some friends to hit the polls this November:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – New documents obtained by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government reveal that the federal government flagged terms like “MAGA” and “TRUMP” for financial institutions if Americans used those phrases when completing transactions. Individuals who shopped at stores like Cabela’s or Dick’s Sporting Goods, or purchased religious texts like a bible, may also have had their transactions flagged. This kind of pervasive financial surveillance, carried out in coordination with and at the request of federal law enforcement, into Americans’ private transactions is alarming and raises serious concerns about the FBI’s respect for fundamental civil liberties. — Judiciary Committee

It’s amazing to see how many civil rights violations a government must implement to go about the important work of Defending Democracy from (*checks notes*) the re-election of Donald Trump.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
