Garland Suppresses Biden Corruption Evidence — Faces Contempt Of Congress

It's an investigation into impeachment proceedings... Garland doesn't get to rope-a-dope Congress on that

Not long after playing hardball with not one, but TWO Trump associates and Contempt of Congress hearings relating to non-compliance Congressional subpoenas, Garland got caught in his own trap.

For context, just last week, Steve Bannon lost a case to appeal his conviction for Contempt, and not long before that, Peter Navarro lost his bid to remain a free man until his own conviction could be appealed.

Now, Garland finds himself in the spotlight for the very same infraction, and we shall soon test the DOJ’s commitment to equal treatment under the law.

After going to the mat to bring the full weight of the law in seeing that Navarro and Bannon face prison time for failing to answer subpoena demands in a sketchy and improperly-formed J6 Committee who made demands that conflicted with rival demands of Executive privilege, Merrick Garland has himself been accused of wilfully witholding important incriminating evidence relating to the Biden impeachment investigation. Evidence that was expressly subpoenaed by Congress.

If you’ll recall, the OTHER documents case, the one where Biden’s illegal mishandling of classified documents LONG before he was handling such documents with the rights and responsibilities of a President was dismissed NOT because no violation of law was found, but on the flimsy premise of Biden being in some sense so mentally unsound that no jury could reasonably be expected to charge him.

That assessment was in light of the interview the investigator had with Joe Biden in October of last year. If he is so ‘infirm’ that he cannot be fit to stand trial, why in the Hell would he be running for re-election.

If he’s fit enough to run for re-election, why is he not fit to stand trial for his OWN documents case, one that involved clear malfeasance by someone who had no right to remove these documents from their secure starting point in the first place.

Worse still, he shared it with his biographer for a several-million-dollar book deal… including potentially burning some sensitive ‘sources and methods’.

“The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees issued lawful subpoenas to Attorney General Garland for the audio recordings of President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Hur, yet he continues to defy our subpoenas,” said Comer in a statement.
“These audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden’s willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States. There must be consequences for refusing to comply with lawful congressional subpoenas and we will move to hold Attorney General Garland in contempt of Congress.”
Just The News

It was full speed ahead with prosecuting Trump loyalists for contempt of Congress. Now Biden’s own AG is on the edge of facing the same criminal charge. How ironic is that?

As the left likes to say… ‘no one is above the law’.

Let’s find out if that also includes the guy who’s been protecting the president.
