Granting DJT an 'outlaw' mystique might be a serious miscalculation on the left's part
Trump has long since enjoyed ‘legend’ status for turning his own name into a brand, and making that brand — and the lavish lifestyle associated with it — into a household name.
That legend status helped propel him to the White House the first time around. Will an ‘outlaw’ status ramp up his ‘cool’ factor among disaffected Biden voters… especially those minority voters whose support he has taken for granted?
Those minority voters are what’s been driving Dem success in the big cities… but what if that voter loyalty gets shaken?
After spending years assuring us that the system is corrupt, and a racist system is rigged against ‘them’ — (whoever ‘they’ are supposed to be), it is becoming clear to all the world that this same system has a massive thirst for vengeance against the 45th President.
If it can’t take him to the guillotine in a modern context like ours, it can try the next best thing — make a criminal and a pariah out of him.
