Maybe stepping away from CNN was the best thing that could have happened to Chris. He’s got his humanity back… better still, he’s calling on others to get theirs back, too.

Anyone who remembers Cuomo’s stint on CNN will remember how he would rage against Donald Trump.

He seldom missed an opportunity to believe the absolute worst allegations against him. The vitriol and scapegoating during COVID were particularly dirt-bag quality, especially in light of a melodramatic ’emergence from quarantine’ that blew up in his face when someone complained about an interaction in public during the time he spent ‘in quarantine’.

We particularly remember laughing when Chris went on CNN and asked where it said that protests have to be peaceful, and the ramen noodle guy pointed to a picture of our Founding Documents.

Like we said, stepping away from the sewer of CNN has done him some good, and has restored some of his humanity.

In his reaction to the SECOND attempt on Trump’s life, he has some harsh things to say about the ‘dictator’ rhetoric and some surprisingly decent things to say about Trump and his family.

More than merely humanizing him — which is more than many media and (other) Democrat mouthpieces have been doing — he speaks in some genuine admiration of Trump’s courage in the face of real threats against his life.

“You gotta CARE when somebody tries to kill somebody. Either you care when anyone is hurt, or you’ll never really care about anyone getting hurt.”

And the Melania mention? Sounds like kicking Don Lemon right in the conscience… if he has one.

“Where are the people apologizing? That’s what it’s time for. He’s not a despot-in-waiting. I just don’t buy it.’

We may not agree about much, but we can agree about what you said in this video.
