Pelosi Dumped MASSIVE Stock Share Just Months Before DOJ Took Action Against Corp… Coincidence?

Nancy's amazing knack of outperforming the markets just happened to strike again.

Dumping half a million dollars in shares just before the DOJ goes to war with them? Those are some killer financial instincts… if you believe it was a coincidence.

Lawmakers have long been criticized for taking advantage of their insider knowledge to get an edge in (for example) stock market or real estate deals.

Some accounts, like Unusual Whales, go out of their way to bring attention to such shennanigans:

But Nancy Pelosi has been of particular interest to such people because of her track record of knowing just when to make a purchase or a sale.

With the DOJ heading to court with Visa, people have noticed that her ‘lucky streak’ has continued.

A fund run by the account above mirrors her trades… just in case they have some insights the rest of us don’t.

Here is what they posted in July:

The figure was filed as a range, so we don’t know for sure if it was 500k, a cool Million, or somewhere in between.

But she sold it in July. More accurately, her husband did.

Nancy Pelosi’s husband unloaded more than $500,000 worth of Visa stock — less than three months before the credit card giant was slapped with federal antitrust charges, public documents show.

Visa was hit with a lawsuit on Tuesday that alleged the company has illegally monopolized the debit card market — the culmination of a years-long review conducted by the Justice Department’s antitrust unit.

Visa allegedly used its dominant market position to penalize customers and merchants who use competing payment processors, according to court papers.
[…] The disclosure form shows that Pelosi’s transaction is marked “SP,” or spouse — a reference to husband Paul, the San Francisco-based venture capitalist and real estate investor.

At the time Paul Pelosi sold Visa stock, there was no public indication that an antitrust lawsuit against the company was imminent. — NYPost

Did she get a timely tip-off that the DOJ was getting ready to drop the hammer on Visa?

Hard to know for sure, in a city where everybody is trading favors.

But it’s fair to call it ‘sketchy’.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
