Yet ANOTHER Bogus Case Against Trump Crumbles As Judge Tosses More Charges

Kamala’s cronies are working HARD to spin this into a prosecutor vs. felon race… but judges like the one in Georgia keep shooting holes in that narrative.

Yet again, the left’s carefully crafted disqualify-the-man-you-cannot-beat-in-a-fair-fight campaign is running aground on the rocks of harsh reality.

The only ‘felony conviction’ they’ve got against him is one that even Andrew Cuomo is calling BS on, and the cases they REALLY wanted to pin on him are apart faster than a paper-mache umbrella in a Tampa rainstorm.

The latest example comes out of Georgia.

The three quashed counts — counts 14, 15 and 27 — all have to do with filing false documents to a federal court. Trump is charged with two of those three counts.

Fulton Superior Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the three counts based on the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which says state law must yield to federal law when the two conflict.

In March, McAfee dismissed six other counts in the indictment. Thirty-two felony counts still remain.

Trump will now face eight felony counts — down from 13 in the original indictment. —NPR

Of course, that entire case is up in the air while we wait to find out whether or not Fani’s misconduct was enough to fatally damage the entire case.
