Hey Kamala: Your Admin’s US Army Calls Pro-Lifers ‘Terrorists’… Care To Comment?

After being stiff-armed on a FOIA request from Judicial Watch, the Kamala/Joe administration is being taken to court for the relevant records.

There are signs of overt hostility to Christian and pro-life positions.

That’s called ‘viewpoint discrimination’, and it’s one more example of a violation of Constitutional rights you can add to a long list of Biden/Harris offenses.

Tom Fitton’s Judicial watch has not forgotten about the slight, and they’re still demanding answers. Their litigation is explained in a press release. Here is an excerpt:

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense for details of U.S. Army training materials that designate pro-life organizations or individuals as “terrorists” (Judicial Watch Inc. v U.S. Department of Defense (No 1:24-cv-02895).

Judicial Watch filed suit in the District Court for the District of Columbia after the Department of the Army failed to respond to an August 13, 2024, FOIA request for:

All documents related to the designation of the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC) or any other pro-life organizations or individuals as “terrorists” in anti-terrorism training materials used by Fort Liberty as discussed in media reports, such as https://www.wral.com/story/fort-liberty-responds-to-slide-callinganti-abortion-groups-terrorist-organizations/21520553/.
All emails of Army Secretary Christine Wormuth, Under Secretary Gabe Camarillo, Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George, and/or Vice Chief of Staff Gen. James Mingus regarding the designation of pro-life groups or individuals as “terrorists.”
Judicial Watch made a subsequent FOIA request to Special Command Operations, U.S. Army Reserve, Fort Liberty, NC, a component of the Army, for:

Records related to the designation of the National Right to Life Committee or any other pro-life organization as “terrorists” in anti-terrorism training materials used by Fort Liberty.
All emails of Garrison Commander Col. John Wilcox regarding the designation of pro-life groups as “terrorists” in Army training material.
A photo reportedly circulating on social media shows one slide from a presentation used to train soldiers. The slide, titled “Terrorist Groups,” lists several groups, including National Right to Life and Operation Rescue, and “opponents of Roe v. Wade.” The Army responded to the news report, saying the material had not been vetted correctly.

“Let’s be blunt – the radical leftist Biden-Harris administration is trying to set our military against conservative American citizens,” Judicial Watch Tom Fitton said. “And that we have had to sue after being denied basic records about the Army’s targeting of pro-life Christians makes the scandal worse.”

As much as the left loves to denigrate the work of Judicial Watch, they have a strong track record of winning cases in court, especially FOIA requests. They have also been instrumental in breaking several national stories.

As Trump and Kamala each make their final pitches for why they should be the ones you pull the lever for on Tuesday, this lawsuit serves as a reminder that whatever she might say about wanting to be a ‘unity candidate’ and a ‘President of All Americans’… her track record has said the opposite.

When she’s NOT making the same retread ‘Hitler’ references made against every Republican since Eisenhower, (yes, THAT Eisenhower!), she’s pushing an agenda that runs counter to the Bill of Rights.

Only a week or two she had to abort a campaign promise trying to bribe black Americans to vote for her when she realized that making race-specific policies (whether threats or promises) is illegal in America. That isn’t stopping her and Joe from squeezing an explicitly racist DEI policy agenda into every corner of the government.

DEI plans and policy in the US military incidentally, is another pending information request that Judicial Watch is suing the current administration to release.

If we weren’t so busy trying to push leftwing agendas or firing people for making public statements critical of Communism on their free time, we wouldn’t have the recruiting issues we’re having now. For some reason, putting more drag queens in social media has not been enough to fill the gap in Biden-Era recruiting numbers.

By contrast, Trump has made it clear he wants to rehire military people wrongly fired by Joe and Kamal for refusing their insane vaccine mandate. Reinstating them with back pay.

Keep that in mind the next time Joe pretends to care so deeply about the military while claiming Trump does not. Actions speak more loudly than words.
