KAMALA’S KATRINA: Here Are 3 Big Reasons Why She Owns The Disastrous Helene Response
She's the VEEP. That means Joe's failures are hers, too
If Katrina was enough to absolutely destroy Dubya’s public opinion, let’s look at what happened with Helene.
It’s been a week now since Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida and tore a 500 mile path through Georgia and the Carolinas, with more than 100 fatalities, many more still unaccounted for, and devastation that will take a long, long time to recover from.
Trump reworked his campaign plans to include a stop in the devastated areas, bringing truckloads of needed supplies with him long before Joe or Kamala made any public appearance. Not that this should surprise any of us after watching how this administration responded in Maui and East Palestine.
Almost a week later, Joe made an announcement that Starlink will be activated to provide internet and communication service for the area.
Notably, this is the very same solution Trump had initiated a direct conversation with Elon Musk about several days ago, with Elon signaling his agreement with ZERO government involvement in that decision.
Kamala delivered an announcement that there would be $750 of aid for people who just lost everything they owned in flooding.
Kamala went to Georgia today and bragged about giving $750 in federal assistance to the hurricane victims — whose entire livelihoods have been completely destroyed.

Kamala involved herself in the announcement — presumably so she could look ‘presidential’ during the campaign, as if she’s doing something productive.
This means she owns the response. If she owns the response, she owns the failures, too.
Let’s look at some of them.
1) Starlink & Elon
Ever since Elon bought Twitter and declared war on government censorship, the Biden/Harris administration has been looking for every possible way to undermine his various companies. There are a thousand little ways a hostile federal government can choke the life out of a company or tie it up in so much red tape and litigation that it cannot possibly achieve its goals.
One of those petty practices had a direct impact on the area devastated by Hurricane Helene. And has probably cost lives.
Had the FCC not illegally revoked the SpaceX Starlink award, it would probably have saved lives in North Carolina.

2) Robbing FEMA
Mayorkas has stood up and told us that the cupboards are bare in FEMA. There’s nothing more they can do. The money has run out.
That raises an important question — where has it gone? It’s not like it wound up in, say, Maui or East Palestine. What happened to all that taxpayer money?
This is easy.
Mayorkas and FEMA — immediately stop spending money on illegal immigration resettlement and redirect those funds to areas hit by the hurricane.

3) The Real Cost Of Immigration
That emergency money can’t go to Americans because it’s already been given to illegal immigrants. Which is kind of weird. How is it possible to take money explicitly earmarked for rendering needed aid in disaster relief and squander it on people who didn’t even enter the country through regular channels?
The Biden/Harris administration has been so hellbent on bringing as many illegal aliens into the country, they’ve been careful to hide the true costs from the taxpayer. Not just pulling money out of FEMA, but out of other budgets as well…
In November 2023 the House Committee on Homeland Security estimated the annual cost to the US taxpayer for illegal immigration was 451 BILLION.
