BOOM: Trump Slaps $10B Lawsuit On CBS For Doctoring Kamala’s Interview Answer

Trump is once again vindicated in calling out the networks as ‘fake news’. They were caught red-handed trying to manipulate public opinion by changing their own footage of the Kamala interview.

If Elon Musk had not opened up Twitter as a last bastion of free speech for news stories, we might never have realized that 60 Minutes was editing an embarrassing moment of a Kamala interview they had already gone public with… by inserting a different answer than the one they first released.

This post on ‘X’ shone a light on the revisionism.

Heaven knows what OTHER embarrassing answers were left on the cutting room floor completely.

Is it any wonder why both Donald Trump AND JD Vance were able to sit down for long-form life-to-tape uncut interviews while Kamala was ‘unable’ to ‘fit it into her schedule’?

Trump is calling this overt media manipulation out as political interference. Rather than acting as impartial reporters of the truth, they are acting as if they are the AV department of the Kamala campaign. It’s no different than being an in-kind donation to the Democrats.

Former President Trump is suing CBS News for $10 billion in damages, stating the network practiced “deceptive conduct” for the purpose of election interference in its interview with Vice President Kamala Harris.

Fox News Digital exclusively obtained the lawsuit filed Thursday.

Trump attorneys said the complaint comes due to “CBS’ partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference through malicious, deceptive, and substantial news distortion calculated to confuse, deceive, and mislead the public.”

Trump attorneys also argued the edits were done in an effort to “attempt to tip the scales in favor of the Democratic Party as the heated 2024 Presidential Election — which President Trump is leading — approaches its conclusion.”
[…] Critics accused CBS News of editing Harris’ “word salad” answer to shield the vice president from further backlash, and there have been growing calls for the network to release the full transcript after it only shared transcripts of what had aired.

“To paper over Kamala’s ‘word salad’ weakness, CBS used its national platform on 60 Minutes to cross the line from the exercise of judgment in reporting to deceitful, deceptive manipulation of news,” the lawsuit states. — FoxNews

The result of this suit will be interesting to watch because there are countless examples of the media knowingly pushing a bogus narrative that either protects a Dem or hurts a GOP candidate.

The current example they are trying to push is a quote where Trump is blasting Liz Cheney’s war-hawk stances. He’s using a line anti-war activists on the left have used for years. He uses the age-old line about  politicians beating the drums of war seldom being the same people who pay the heavy toll war takes on actual soldiers.

This is one of the most pathetic media lies about Trump in awhile, and that's saying a lot.
