FEMA: Congress To Hear Witness… Hurricane Relief Scandal Was Tip Of The Iceberg

The firing did not make the story go away... it blew a bigger one wide open

While the world is losing their minds over Trump’s cabinet appointments, the business of governing continues apace. Part of that job includes congressional hearings.

When it was reported that federal aid workers were bypassing any homes with Republican political signage posted, major media outlets dismissed the claims as hoaxes and misinformation. Unfortunately for them — and for FEMA — leftwing corporate media no longer has a chokehold on information gatekeeping.

Proof that the claims were true — including internal communications within the government, and guidance memos — were leaked to the public. When FEMA made a public apology, mea culpa, and a public firing, the corporate media shills tried to put a bow on that story and quickly move on to something that would serve their narrative (and preferred POTUS candidate) better.

But try as they might, changing the subject didn’t make the story go away.

The lady who was fired said that this is part of a MUCH wider story than just the wrongdoing of one supervisor. She paints a picture where responsibility goes WAY up the chain of command and goes across multiple stats.

She even pointed to the specific reports that Congress should go looking for.

Those questions are being taken seriously. And whether or not the Dems take it seriously, the GOP is about 6 weeks away from having real authority to crack any (metaphorical) heads that may need cracking.

Here she is in another quick interview, giving some clarifications.

The Oversight Committee will be asking pointed questions on this topic on Tuesday.

After watching how this hurricane season was handled federally, compared to the readiness of, say, state disaster responses in Florida, there are some real questions that need asking about whether that department can justify its existence, at least in its current configuration.

Questions about the resources diverted from disaster relief to helping illegal aliens will probably come up too… for good reason.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
