DEATH ROW: Biden’s Latest Pardon Spree Makes Mockery Of Justice System

Whether you like it or not, they are on Death Row for a reason, Joe

Christmas is coming early for folks on death row.

We’re finally hearing stories about Joe being basically a turnip since the very beginning of his Presidency… and yet, he’s somehow well enough to enact these sweeping pardon powers?

People are calling BS on this one.

Is it REALLY Joe that’s been making these decisions? Will that provide an opportunity to challenge the legitimacy of a power that cannot normally be questioned by any of the other branches? That would be the longest of long shots.

He may be boosting his legacy with some of the ultra-liberal and bleeding-heart types. What he’s REALLY doing is making a mockery of the legal system.

Just like he’s been doing for years. But if you look at his own words both now and over the last 4 years, it’s unlikely this is really about justice at all. This is a thinly-veiled attempt to ‘stick it’ to Trump.

The president called the death row commutations, which will instead sentence them to imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole, consistent with his administration’s moratorium on executions.

“Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, grieve for the victims of their despicable acts, and ache for all the families who have suffered unimaginable and irreparable loss,” Biden said in a statement on Monday. “But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level.”

Biden added that the commutations were also spurred by Trump’s fervent support for capital punishment, saying he could not allow the incoming administration to restart executions for those he had spared over the last four years. — Politico

Sure. Joe’s all about conscience and justice.

How does he square that with his record of holding unconvicted men and women in a cell without bail for years as they await trial… often for the most trivial of trespass offenses, some not even setting foot inside the Capitol building?

Or insisting that Congres ‘crack down’ on gun crimes days after commuting Hunter for the ones he pled guilty to?

Or hiring tens of thousands of new tax agents to make sure that ‘the rich’ pay ‘their fair share’ despite conveniently letting the clock run out in your son’s tax evasion felonies for millions of dollars of undeclared income?

Or raiding Mar-A-Lago for actions whose criminality is a matter not yet settled under law (Trump claims to have declassified them), while openly stating that some of the classified documents in Joe Biden’s possession date back to the 1970s when he was a Senator with no means of possessing those documents outside of committing a felony.

He just wants us to see he’s a swell guy who cares.

There’s another 30 days for Joe to chuck as many wrenches into Trump’s plans as he possibly can… and screwing Trump over is the only kind of ‘work’ he might actually like better than laying on the beach.

And if it screws over the American taxpayer too? Well, tough. He’s not very happy with them right now anyway.

The only three still left on Federal Death Row are the Boston Bomber, Dylan Roof, and Robert Bowers.
