HEY AOC: 2021 Memo WARNED Mayorkas Kids Would Go Missing… When’s The CRY-IN?
Biden's REAL legacy will be the separation of hundreds of thousands of children.
The blood on Biden’s hands with his foreign policy (and border policy) is bad enough. But His administration was WARNED that kids would go missing… and they charged ahead anyway.
Right from the very beginning of Biden’s open border policy, critics were sounding alarms about the dangers this reckless policy posed to innocent children.
The alarms being raised ranged from reports about the conditions inside the massive detention centers being built up at the border early on, to Alex Jones showing up in person with a camera, to videos of toddlers being dropped over the border fence, to hidden camera footage by Project Veritas, and even an article by the New York Times shining light on 85,000 children who had gone ‘missing’ in the system and were being exploited as child labor, or worse.
Back in the Trump years, far less serious complaints were met with photo-ops outside of chain-link fences where the cameranman took exactly the right spot to film her ‘crying’. Haven’t heard much about this issue in the last 4 years. But we can expect her to find her voice again in oh… about 40 days or so.
But we have evidence that impeached Mayorkas knew from the beginning that his policies would hurt children. He just didn’t care enough to do anything about it. Full speed ahead, damn the torpedoes.
DHS gave Mayorkas a briefing memo in July of 2021 that spelled out the dangers his policies would pose:
“[The] Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not have the necessary government authorities or resources for all that needs to be accomplished to reunify families within the scope of the Family Reunification Task Force,” Anna Hinken, an official in Homeland’s partnerships outreach office, wrote in the July 22, 2021 memo she prepared for Mayorkas as part of a planned call with a person whose name was redacted from the memo.
The memo, obtained by the nonpartisan watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust under the Freedom of Information Act, provides one of the earliest clues as to how the Biden administration failed to reunite children with their parents and eventually lost track of large numbers of them, a failure that has embarrassed the administration with Congress.
The memo warned that as the Biden-era migration surge began, DHS was paying for airfare, domestic travel and other needs to reunify parents with children already trafficked through the southern U.S. border, but the project suffered from a serious flaw: Immigrant families weren’t willing to join their children because the government couldn’t pay for additional family members to travel. —JustTheNews
Further complicating the problem, many of the families could NOT be reunited because, once they arrived here, as many as half of them found themselves homeless and unable to care for their own kids.
Somehow, that didn’t serve as a red light to the Biden admin suggesting that maybe America wasn’t doing a good job of absorbing the millions of people he insisted on adding to the net population.
The whole scenario caused no end of chaos, including for the people this administration claimed it was trying to help. If they cared at all about compassion, they would have put an end to this within months, calling it a failed experiment. But they went ahead as fast as they could, because however we might debate their REAL and ULTIMATE motives, we can agree that it was NOT the care and wellbeing of those more than 300k missing children.
John The Baptist: A Rude Awakening Precedes A Great Awakening.
This timely little tome chronicles the politically incorrect ministry of one of God’s most effective wildmen, John the Baptist, who prepared the way for Christ’s ministry.
The abrasive message of repentance John preached 2000 years ago is still confrontational and offensive today — but it is also life-changing.
In our putrid, worldly culture that has turned away from God, this book is a must-read for every Christian.
Available in paperback for those of you who like the feel of the pages in your hot, little hands, on Kindle to keep it right at your fingertips, and as an epic Audiobook.
