Trump finally made his FBI choice, picking from two FANTASTIC pics

Team MAGA and the Deep State were both waiting with baited breath for Trump to announce his pick for who is going to replace the feckless Christopher Wray has head of the FBI. On Friday… he made his decision.

If MAGA world erupted in cheers (and we did), our counterparts in the left erupted in tears and jeers.

The same people who didn’t bat an eye at sheling the impeachment of Mayorkas, were quick to denounce Kash Patel for a whole host of reasons. It’s odd to see such viscious opposition, seeing how central their committment to racial diversity is, and how Kash would be the very first pick for head of the FBI who isn’t the ‘dreaded’ white male.

His detractors run the gamut of transparently partisan excuses for why he shouldn’t have the job. He’s a partisan who’s too close to Trump (as if we don’t all remember the dirty tricks their subversive plant Comey played to sabotage his first term?). He’s ‘unqualified’. And so on.

This from the people who didn’t object to Mayor Pete running the DOT into the ground because he was an effective Biden surrogate who was being obviously repaid for dropping out at exactly the right time to give Joe an advantage over Bernie in the primaries.

If you’re unable to read that, Trump hit a lot of the high points when he announced his pick on Truth Social:

Kash is a brilliant lawyer, investigator, and “America First” fighter who has spent his career exposing corruption, defending Justice, and protecting the American People. He played a pivotal role in uncovering the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, standing as an advocate for truth, accountability, and the Constitution. Kash did an incredible job during my First Term, where he served as Chief of Staff at the Department of Defense, Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council. Kash has also tried over 60 jury trials. This FBI will end the growing crime epidemic in America, dismantle the migrant criminal gangs, and stop the evil scourge of human and drug trafficking across the Border. Kash will work under our great Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to bring back Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity to the FBI.

Like Pam Bondi, they can SAY he’s underqualified all they want. What they REALLY fear is the fact that he ISN’T the kind of sucker who can be rope-a-doped by the institution he was appointed to oversee.

What ELSE don’t they like about him? Here’s a sampling.

As Trump mentioned, Kash Patel worked with Devin Nunes as the ‘anti-Schiff’, uncovering and exposing the entire cover-up behind the Crossfire Hurricane plot.

No wonder the deep-state conspirators…

…and establishment toadies…

…hate this appointment.

But that’s just the beginning.

REASON ONE

He has been picking  a fight with the deep state for years now. Note the last bullet point in the foundation he started:

Since the administration of the past 4 years has been notorious for attacking whistleblowers, that’s a bold and risky position to take. But he took it.

REASON TWO

He understands the right of the voting public to know what is being done in their name is of greater importance than any embarrassment the administrative state might feel about the exposure of their incompetence. He figures we can safely declassify about half of all our now-redacted files… and thinks we should have a team working on making that happen, 24/7.

REASON THREE

He’s got a record of talking tough about the weaponization of the FBI against American Citizens… especially their intelligence-gathering operations. He wants to close down the entire operation and reassign those agents to the actual police work of catching criminals.

REASON FOUR

He has direct knowledge of how the J6 story was packed with lies, only releasing evidence convenient to the narrative they were trying to peddle.

Better still, they made the mistake of going out of their way to make it personal.

REASON FIVE

He exposed national security threats that the Biden administration tried to keep under wraps:

He’s taking dead aim both at the tools they use against unsuspecting citizens AND the cloak of secrecy the deep state uses to hide evidence of their corruption from anyone who would dare to stop them.

Could we keep going?

Sure. But that gives you a taste of who this guy is and what we might expect from him as FBI director.

At the tippy-top of the list: federal accountability to the people.

Sounds like exactly the remedy we will need to apply to an agency that has become little more than a hammer poised over the head of Joe Biden’s political enemies… right down to angry parents being tagged as ‘terrorists’ because they DARED to object to teenage daughters being sodomized by perverts in their public-school bathrooms in places like Virginia.
