The 2025 Warrior or Wuss Test: Part Two
Part one (link below) tested your warrior inclinations... this one looks for the weak spots
Even the mythic Achilles had a famous vulnerability… the same is true of flesh-and-blood mortals in the real world. It’s what you do with your weak points when you find them that matters.
Last week was Part One of the Warrior or Wuss test, a practical alternative to the lame promises so many of us make to our selves knowing full well we’re just going to break them in a couple of weeks anyway.
It’s a quick checklist like the one your mechanic goes through when your car gets a tune-up.
In part one we looked as some ‘warrior’ benchmarks. Things we want to build up if we have them or take on if we lack them. Any gaps in our inventory in that benchmark test will set up a reasonable set of goals to work on in the coming year.
This week, we’re looking at the liability side. The nasty bits of our soul that bring us down or habits that stain our character and reputation. Think of this list as the checklist for the surgeon’s scalpel. Unwanted growths that hinder your movement. Things we want to get rid of… some of them that may have sprung up unnoticed until we were hit with the right question.

If you’re ready to declare war with the parts of your own soul that hold you back, here’s the book Doug himself uses for exactly that purpose. He even made reference to it in today’s show:
I Talk Back to the Devil is an action manual that sports thirty pure fire proclamations against the powers of darkness in three different categories covering, the wealth, the walk and the warfare of the Christian against Satan and his defeated ilk.
This NEW book will put a serrated edge on the Christian’s prayer life in these troubled times. This slim tome will embolden the believer to stop taking Satan’s crap.
