Smug Letitia James isn't the only big fish in this announcement, either
She spent so much time and energy trying to incarcerate Trump, she never stopped to wonder if anyone might incarcerate her?
Now, that she’s under investigation herself, it’s too late to ponder such questions.
Letitia James thought her claim to fame would rest in setting up a creative case that would bring down — and possibly bankrupt — Donald J. Trump. In reality, the transparently ridiculous cases brought against him only served to galvanize his base and push them into the crawl-over-broken-glass-to-vote-for-him category.
Congrats, Letitia, you played yourself. But it gets worse. Now that Trump is President again (a fact for which she played no small part), Merrick Garland is no longer AG. Someone who actually CARES about the rule of law has taken his place. She’s taking umbrage at these last 4 years of lawlessness, especially as pertains to the blind eye that was turned to illegal aliens committing crimes above and beyond the initial crime of illegal entry.
Letitia James, is one of three people called out by name as facing criminal charges from the DOJ. Also charged are Governor Hochul and DMV commissioner Mark Schoeder… and the state of New York itself.

We have entered the FAFO phase of the ‘Trump Resistance’ we saw all through his first term. And so far, the left is NOT enjoying the process of ‘finding out’ NEARLY as much as the right has been.
The left likes to talk a big game about strong, independent women. Let’s see how they react when a real example of one is heading up the DOJ.
