Trump Scores Big DOGE Win In The Highest Court

The obstruction that worked so well in Trump's FIRST go-round is stalling out this time

Maybe Dems were victims of their own success. The lawfare that worked so well at derailing Trump’s agenda 7 or 8 years ago is failing to produce those same results today.

Clearly, Trump was taking notes the first time around, and he was ready for this page of their playbook when it came up. Anything they can’t block legislatively, or through public pressure and media blitzes splitting our ranks will be fought in the courtroom.

They had a great big well-oiled machine doing exactly that in 2017. But things have changed this time around. And Team Trump was ready to push back. They start by assuming every announcement will be challenged in court, so they anchor their orders in law and precedent, often referenced right in the order itself so that there can be no doubt as to intent.

They are now putting just as much effort into court battles as the Dems are.

Because they overplayed their hand before, they’ve lost the advantage they once held in this arena of conflict. As a result, Trump’s agenda is NOT being ground to a halt like they figured it would.

Case in point: SCOTUS just sided with Trump in the USAID funding case… at least provisionally.

The Trump agenda continues to march forward, whether the lefties like it or not.
