WATCH: Trump’s SCOTUS Win Celebrated By Playful Meme
The best thing about 'happy warriors' is the happy part

Trump gets the last laugh as SCOTUS slaps down rogue judge who swerved WAY out of his lane.
We all knew the lawfare would backfire as soon as it advanced beyond the angry (and conflicted) little imps that were aiding and abetting the left’s obstructionist attempts.
If he wants to play activist he could always quit the bench and return to regular legal practice. But a bench is no place to push a private anti-Trump agenda.
SCOTUS slapped down the attempts by DC judge Boasberg from blocking Federal deportations under the Alien Enemies act. (Ruling here.)
MAGA Memers turned the news into a dance party of sorts…

…Trump taking a victory lap on the steps of the White House after the decision.
The left gets mad. We just get laughing.
Judge ACB continues to be a disappointment, siding with the libs. The decision wasn’t quite the clean win we’d hope for — the left still has wrenches they can try to throw in to stall future deportation plans.
But SCOTUS was clear: this judge was playing in somebody else’s sandbox, and he had no business weighing in on these cases.
The decision has been vacated by SCOTUS, and that should be the end of the story. But it isn’t.
Boasberg is hellbent on taking his metaphorical pound of flesh from the Trump administration, and so, instead of dismissing the case altogether, as the DOJ had requested, he is insisting on holding court anyway, despite there being no obvious reason he could justify sitting in judgement over the DOJ in an instance where he has literally no jurisdiction over the case he took on.
Whatever the rationale, we can expect him to be showboating and looking to inflict maximum damage as his opportunity to stake his claim to fame as the guy who really stuck it to Trump is quickly fading.
This question of how the judge managed to get this case on a day where he was NOT the ’emergency assignment judge’ is now as relevant now as ever:
How did Judge Boasberg get the TdA case when he wasn’t the emergency assignment judge on March 15? Did he use his position as Chief Judge to force himself onto the case? The American people are demanding answers. I’ll be filing legislation to require random case assignments pic.twitter.com/XSBLs6l5uT

Whatever the case, a win is a win and we’ll take it. And for the record, we’re still not tired of winning.
As for shipping more of those terrorists to the maximum security prison down South? What’s not to love about that?
