A Judge Just Overturned the DNC’s Latest Attack On Donald Trump – And They Should Learn From It

The law enforcement veteran discusses the dismissal of the claims, and wonders if Democrats will finally give him a break on their election control fears.

There’s a lot of talk over “fear” of what will happen with future elections. And, surprise, most of it is coming from Democrats.

Donald Trump discussed the idea of a third term within office, and, immediately, this group screamed their opinions, arguing that the limit was two and becoming fearful that Trump would, in fact, potentially interfere in elections to lean them in his favor. Which is ridiculous.

So what did the Democratic National Committee do? They filed a lawsuit, indicating that he was out to take over the Federal Election Commission in the hopes of turning it into a partisan weapon, based around the signing of the Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies Executive Order.

I’m wondering if they even bothered to read it, because that’s an insane claim. And I’m not the only one that thinks so.

Judge Amir Ali recently dismissed the lawsuit, stating that the DNC went too far with its concerns over the order and its “independent agencies.”

“This court’s doors are open to the parties if changed circumstances show concrete action or impact on the FEC’s or its commissioners’ independence. Absent such allegations, however, the court must dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction and therefore does so,” Ali noted.

He also noted how it failed to demonstrate anything that would indicate “concrete and imminent injury” to these systems, leaning more on speculation.

In other words, the DNC wasted the court’s time. And, for that matter, Trump’s. All because they were concerned he would “take control” of elections.

You’re kidding me, right?

These Democrats are paid to help serve the public trust and take care of American citizens. And instead, they decided to turn their efforts into pointing at Trump’s “bullying.”

Their argument noted that Trump’s actions would have “fatally undermined if the party controlling the White House can unilaterally structure campaign rules and adjudicate disputes to disadvantage its electoral competitors.

But Ali failed to see any evidence pointing to this. And made that absolutely clear by stating the “possibility that the President and Attorney General would take the extraordinary step of issuing a directive to the FEC or its Commissioners purporting to bind their interpretation of FECA is not
sufficiently concrete and imminent to create Article III perjury.”

In other words, the Democrats tried to stick it to Trump and failed. Miserably. And it doesn’t appear that they’re going to keep building on the case with this “evidence” that they want so desperately to find.

The Democrats are just concerned. Of course they are. They’ve been coasting with Biden over the past few years and happily indulging in his way of life. And now that they have a real President back in office, they’re fearful that they actually have to start working again. Gasp.

Plus it also seems that they would rather engage in cheap public stunts than actually make progress for the American public.

Earlier this week, the group recently introduced a taco truck near the Republican National Committee’s headquarters on Capitol Hill, with the message “Trump Always Chickens Out” (TACO, for short) and an image of Trump in a chicken costume.

Your DNC hard at work, ladies and gentlemen.

The bottom line is this. The group is simply setting out to make Trump look bad in any way shape or form rather than making their own level of progress. Progress towards the ongoing illegal immigrant situation
happening in this country. Progress towards doing anything good for the American people and, for that matter, the men and women that work hard in our country both within our police forces and at our borders.

Instead, we have a lawsuit that wasted everyone’s time and a taco truck. It leaves me wondering who the real “chicken” is here.

Time to get on the same page and do what’s right for the country. And, for that matter, the American people. They deserve as such.
