Homeland Security is getting savvy about how to communicate with social media, including a thread including photos and some of the more egregious crimes for which they were wanted. Violent sexual assaults, a variety of unspeakable crimes against children, murder and murder-for-hire, witness intimidation… and outstanding warrants in other countries.

Massachusetts has no interest in cooperating with immigration enforcement, but that won’t stop enforcement of US law even in un-cooperative regions. Because this effort is all about public safety and national security. That notwithstanding, there will be a price to be paid for siding with the criminals and endangering the lives of those who have to find criminal aliens who have been let free, despite an ICE detainer.
