He made a surprising discovery when writing a book...
He intended on writing a principled ‘how to’ book on standing up to political extremists. But had second thoughts about it when he noticed a pattern forming.
It was supposed to be a list of principles that you can live out in the face of political opposition… and the points he had been writing were a rephrasing of something he had read before.
In scripture!

Did you notice that this agnostic had chapter and verse memorized?
If an agnostic can commit scripture to memory, what’s stopping the Christian from doing the same? (Other than binging videos and doom-scrolling social media, that is?)
He was looking for a systematic approach that could teach someone to stand against the ‘isms’ of the day and he discovered to his surprise that EVERY SINGLE ONE of his examples was taken directly from Biblical principles.
