Recently Alexandria Ocasio- Cortez stated that “we can eat Queens boys for breakfast”.
It was a remark she made in reference to her being from the Bronx and the Donald being from Queens. Such a remark was made in response to the Donald calling her dumb.
Her remark also implies that there is some sort of rivalry being people from the Bronx and people of Queens, although that is an unlikely scenario.
At any rate, AOC referring to herself as a Bronx girl makes it look like she is trying to one-up Jennifer Lopez (i.e. Jenny from the block).
As it turns out, AOC was born in the Bronx, but when she was two years old, she moved to Yorktown Heights in Westchester County, which is forty minutes from the Bronx. This fact was revealed when her photo in the 2004 Yorktown High School yearbook found its way online.
Thus, AOC lived in Yorktown Heights, at the corner of Friends Road and Longvue Street, to be exact.
After she graduated from Yorktown High School, she attended Boston University, where she earned degrees in economics and international relations.
I guess her economics professors were advocates of socialism.
After graduating from college, she returned to the Bronx, taking a job as a bartender and waitress.
It should be noted that AOC was known as “Sandy” during this time, and apparently was referred to that name during her high school years.
In 2012, AOC founded Brook Avenue Press (a publishing company for children’s books). However, her company failed to publish any books, and was dissolved by the State of New York in 2016 for failing to file any tax returns and paying corporate taxes. As of 2022, the company still owed over $2,000 in corporate taxes.
In 2016, AOC became a community organizer (most likely inspired by Barack Obama) by taking up the causes of environmentalism and socialism. She also campaigned for Bernie Sanders that year in his bid for the presidency.
In a 2022 interview for GQ, AOC talked about being raped while attending college (something she first mentioned after allegedly being pursued by the January 6 rioters- a claim that turned out to be false). In reference to being sexually assaulted, she said she was 22 or 23 at the time.
So, she was raped during her college years, but didn’t know how old she was? An unlikely scenario.
And it’s unclear why she didn’t report him to the police. The closest she did was to confront her alleged rapist, who denied sexually assaulting her.
In 2022, AOC got engaged to Riley Roberts, a marketeer and business consultant.
It has been three years, so the question is when are they going to get married?
There are unconfirmed reports that AOC and Riley Roberts have been married since January 13, 2023, but there is hardly any evidence to support this claim.
Meanwhile, despite being given a zero-emission ring made from recycled gold when Roberts proposed to her, AOC has not worn the ring for some time.
So has their engagement been called off? Or are they postponing the wedding considering AOC’s political ambitions, i.e. a Presidential run. Such a move would require Roberts to disclose his assets, stock trades, and where he was employed if he and AOC were married to each other. Perhaps he has something to hide.
Meanwhile, AOC and Roberts are living together, thus still being in a relationship.
It seems that the so-called “Bronx girl” is trying to keep any skeletons in the closet
from being discovered.
But one thing is certain, and that is this: she would be a terrible president.
