Trump Is Doing More To Save Black Lives Than Those Performative Kneeling Dems EVER Did
Statistically, almost ALL of the lives being saved in DC are black.
Back when concern for black lives was demonstrated with a black square on Instagram, painting BLM on a street, or a performative kneeling event with Kente Cloths, they loved it. What changed?
When Trump first sent federal agencies and the National Guard to liberate the people of DC from the crime wave they had been living under, Dems were anxious to point the finger of blame.
By their own logic, if Trump ‘owns’ the blame, he must also own the success, right? Of course they wouldn’t have immediate control of the city. They would have to ASSERT control and arrest the criminals who had been menacing the city.

Here we are almost two weeks later with no reported homicides in at least 12 days.
In the Oval Office, Stephen Miller told the press that nobody in law enforcement working in the city can remember a time EVER when we had gone almost two weeks in DC without a single murder. As Trump said at another point in the same press conference, the city had been averaging a murder every other day for years.
But that’s just PART of the story. As of Sunday, it was 12 days homicide-free… and counting.
Bolstering the other part of the story Miller went on to talk about, concerning higher-ups cooking the books on crime stats, is a Crime Prevention Research Center story that happens to point out that because he is stamping out the murder spree in DC yes, Trump really IS saving black lives.
Who are the victims of homicide in D.C.?
A National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (NICJR) analysis for D.C. homicides between 2019 and 2021 found that about 96% of victims were black. For non-fatal shootings, 97% of non-fatal shooting suspects were black.
Examples in retired MPD Sergeant Carlos Bundy’s of homicides mis-categorizing to reduce the recorded number of homicides. The misclassification of other crime data is discussed here and here.
November 29, 2019: A man was reportedly killed by a blow to the head with a brick. MPD had autopsy results, motive evidence, surveillance video, and cell phone data—but the death was officially reported as an accident, and no charges were pursued.
October 2020: A man beaten to death—autopsy confirmed homicide from blunt force injuries—but MPD classified the death as undetermined, not homicide. — CPRC
It’s ONE thing to proclaim the value of black lives.
Quite another to enact policies that will prevent them from being prematurely ended.
Dems, of course will STILL find some way to call this ‘racist’. Because only politically performative acts actually count.
