YO, KIMMEL: Don’t Pop Those Corks Just Yet… There’s A Plot Twist On Jimmy’s Big Comeback

Elected Demos were incensed when ABC announced that the taping of Kimmel’s alleged comedy shows would be suspended after gaslighting the public and blaming the Charlie Kirk’s murder on … MAGA.

The real threat to free speech that concerns them isn’t two distributors announcing that Kimmel had crossed a line that made them unwilling to air his show on their networks until further notice. They were upset that Colbert and now Kimmel would not be able to pump Dem narrative into the homes of (potentially) millions of Americans without DNC having to pay advertising dollars for the privilege.

It’s the same reason Schumer is threatening to shut down the government unless NPR has its funding restored. The Biden administration strongarmed Big Tech to silence political wrongthink and criminalized speaking out at school board meetings, and threw Bannon and Navarro in prison. Obama paid no price for weaponizing the IRS against Tea Party groups, seized phone records of journalists and got a warrant for a Fox News reporter’s emails. To say nothing about hacking the Senate staffer’s computers to follow their waterboarding investigation.

Thousands can lose their jobs thanks to totally unnecessary COVID shutdowns and nobody cares, but let a couple of unfunny Dem mouthpieces get pink slips and its a national crisis… a crisis far more urgent than the murder of one Charlie Kirk.

Hollywood and DC Dems got their pressure campaign going and (surprise surprise) their free propaganda program is suddenly back on the air! (With an asterisk.)

Dem ‘influencers’ like Harry Sisson tried to claim the right was ‘in a shambles’ because Kimmel was reinstated. Honestly, having a daily reminder of how unhinged these guys are as a backdrop against which the MAGA movement and groups like TPUSA can be judged helps us more that it hurts us.

ABC caved to the pressure from the left, since they’ve long since alienated the right. Kimmel made sure the world saw images of him visiting his lawyer after he was suspended… as though that has any power to keep distributors like Sinclair Inc and Nexstar from preempting his shows with, what — reruns of Family Feud or something? Whatever it was that took his place last week.

Disney, who has been on the receiving end of the lib-left cancelling their Disney Plus subscriptions en masse. (Or so we’re told.) They made the following statement about Kimmel’s return.

“Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country. It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. We have spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday,” a Disney spokesperson told Fox News Digital. — FoxNews

Absent from that statement about his return is any admission that the comments were not just ill-timed, but they were baseless and defamatory lies.

Kimmel may be returning to ABC, but that doesn’t mean he has access to his entire audience again. Sinclair Inc and Nexstar together account for 25% of the homes to which ABC has access and the larger of them, Sinclair, has said they will continue to preempt the show until further notice. At time of submission, there was no word yet from the other distributor.

Maybe they have the good legal sense to put some moral distance between themselves and Kimmel before the people he has been defaming decide they’ve had enough and take it to court.

Or maybe they’ve just gotten tired of being a pipeline for the kind of nasty nonsense Kimmel likes to spew.

As for his return?

Come back. Or don’t. No one cares. But if any of the people you’ve been slandering brings the hammer of litigation down on you?

We’ll be laughing and munching popcorn, just like you did when the left was running roughshod over our ACTUAL constitutional rights.
