Senate Hearing On Political Violence Opens With Sobering TV Interview Featuring… Charlie Kirk

We're finally having a conversation that is looooong overdue

Who could have known that, just a few short months after Charlie Kirk warned of the rising leftwing political violence TPUSA was seeing on campus, that his own assassination would prove his warning accurate?

In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s political assassination, the capstone of numerous other instances of partisan violence, the Senate Judiciary made a promise to hold a hearing on politically-motivated violence.

With a spate of politically-motivated violence, including the firebombing of a Governor’s home, the targeted shootings of some schools, several attempts on Trump’s life and a prison term handed down to the guy who was en route to kill Justice Kavanaugh, his family, and some other GOP-appointed Justices, the time has come to face the facts of the situation.

Hearings opened with the unexpected voice of someone in the literal crosshairs of the question of political violence, although he could hardly have known it when he made this statement back in April. He was talking about Antifa black-block types who targeted and disrupted TPUSA’s free speech event in which Brandon Tatum visited the campus of UC Davis for exactly the sort of meeting Charlie himself was conducting in those final moments before his life was cut short.

Senator Erick Schmitt ended his opening marks with this video clip of Charlie’s own words describing the violence, ‘it’s a pattern now’, and the police did nothing to intervene, citing this and other similar acts of violence targeting events which were literally designed to invite constructive dialogue between parties on opposite sides of, well, pretty much any issue at all.

Michael Knowles, both a friend of Charlie Kirk’s, and someone who’s been a target of political violence himself absolutely torches some of the same elected officials who accuse the right of being the REAL source of most political violence.

After those ‘mostly peaceful’ riots in 2020 led to billions in damage and more than a few people killed, it’s good to see we’re finally taking these questions seriously.
