SMOKING GUN: Grassley Docs PROVE Wray, Garland Signatures Green-Lit ‘Arctic Frost’ Abuses
Those smug speeches we heard take on a whole different context now, don't they?

And to think, the guy who ran rough-shod over Constitutional breaks on federal power over-reach came *this* close to being sworn in as a Supreme Court Justice.
Fortunately, elections really DO have consequences.
For four years, we watched time and again as Biden appointees waltzed up to Congressional hearings and assured us that everything they did was on the up-and-up. Even when we all knew it wasn’t. It didn’t matter if it was Fauci or Garland, Mayorkas or Yellen, Austin or Blinken. The song and dance was always the same.
Now that we’ve got new people in charge, folks who are checking the work of those who went before them. What they’ve turned up is turning heads.
They uncovered an effort code-named ‘Arctic Frost’ (FAQ list here).
Here’s a sample paragraph in which Grassley explains his concerns.
As part of its Arctic Frost investigation, the Biden DOJ, FBI and supporting agencies issued hundreds of subpoenas and conducted dozens of interviews across the country at taxpayer expense. The facts show the investigation was a sweeping partisan fishing expedition to take down political foes. Earlier this year Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, chair of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and I released tranches of whistleblower records detailing the plot to pin Trump in the Jack Smith electoral case. What’s more, my congressional oversight also found the probe targeted 92 conservative organizations, including Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA. Thanks to the courageous disclosures by whistleblowers, the truth is seeing the light of day. I’ll continue working to root out abuses of power to restore public trust in government.
The fact that the files themselves were deliberately put where they would be difficult to locate without help that came from whistleblowers is yet another red flag pointing to the likelihood that those involved really did NOT want what they had been doing with their law enforcement powers to become public knowledge.
Earlier this month we learned how 7 Republican senators and a congressmen had their phone records snooped through by the government, without their knowledge… contrary to the various protections in place that would prevent them from getting such access.
And now? Now we know that Biden’s own cabinet was right in the thick of it.
Just received this doc frm DOJ Proof that Biden Atty General Merrick Garland+ Deputy Atty General Lisa Monaco+ FBI Dir Chris Wray all PERSONALLY APPROVED opening Arctic Frost
This investigation unleashed unchecked govt power at the highest levels My oversight will continue pic.twitter.com/atuRnC8ara

Senator Marsha Blackburn is pretty fired up about the violation of first and fourth amendment rights, the speech and debate clause, the stored records act and the separation of powers.
She’s on track to turn Jack Smith’s legal career into a rug for her living room.
And evidence is mounting that enough legal lines have been crossed that the various named principles behind these malicious prosecutions that ran roughshod over the rights that protect citiziens from power-mad government officials might want to lawyer up.
Whether or not criminal consequences will drop on their heads, there’s a growing body of evidence that would justify the targets of these investigations to sue all involved for every penny they will ever earn in the rest of their natural lives.
And those of us who watched the gleeful destruction of good men and women like General Flynn, Mike Lindell, and a host of ordinary Americans who walked from the Elipse to the grounds of the Capitol Building — many of whom did literally nothing else — one January morning will gladly pop a bowl of popcorn when the predators become the prey.
